    Vaccine testing on animals does not take 2 years, often just months as the testers are just looking for side effects, not necessarily cures (a virus on a guinea pig does not have the same effect as on a human). Once testing on animals is considered satisfactory then testing time on humans is dependent on what risks manufacturers are prepared to take. The quicker you rush widespread use of a vaccine the more likely of having serious side effects. Trump has nothing to do with how fast tracked a vaccine program is carried out. A bad vaccine could result in millions of people dying or suffering life changing side effects hence why human testing can take in the order of 7 years before being widely avaliable

    The market seems to be testing the bottom.

    Obama handed over his strong economy at 19,800. If the market drops below that level then it might go into free fall. I am not seeing anything that would trigger that free fall at present. That does not mean that the trigger does not exist, just that it is not currently in evidence.
