It seems mainly to be on the issues allowing the US to sanction other countries that the US and Israel declined. The US sanctioning Iran and Venezuela and other countries during the Pandemic has been linked to a crime against humanity.

The US was powerful enough to have been a force for good in the world. We could have influenced other nations through humanity and justness, while still showing respect for the cultural traditions and standards of others. Instead, we oppressed others through an arrogance of cultural superiority. In all our dealings, we backed and supported aggressors and criminals and made their victims our victims as well - while at the same time we created an alternate reality to the American people through the media. By doing so, they became an unknowing accomplish of our government's crimes. I cry for my country.
If they kill at all they kill as an unintended consequence. But you don't have to fight me over sanctions. I would prefer a semi-isolationist foreign relations policy. I don't like us being the planetary police force. It is expensive and ineffective. I would adopt Switzerland's policy.
