Yes, but with caveats.

They technically don't have herd immunity if you actually look at the numbers. And it hasn't been all smooth sailing either - economically they were hit badly and not too differently from neighbours that did have restrictions. Finally, and most importantly Swedes are not Americans and don't behave like Americans. I'll leave you to figure out what that last point means.

People could watch one hour a day if they didn't want to sit through the entire debate in one slog. The internet is "magic" like that. If we had actual meaningful content of interest to the voting public, people would watch.

 

Hunter got "fired" from the navy. over drugs. He had is commission for what like 3months and got the boot? Thats pretty bad. That is his discharge is.

 

I think you may not understand the terms. Other-than-honorable is NOT the same as "dishonorable discharge." The latter is very specific and you need to screw up pretty badly to get it, like assaulting your superior officer, running away from combat, etc. You are using the lay person meaning of the term but there is a specific military meaning and Hunter Biden was simply NOT "dishonorably discharged" so Joe Biden was right. I repeated it because your side continues to repeat it, so I'm further clarifying.

I think it's much more damaging that Trump said "stand by" to white supremacists. That's a no-no and despicable. Splitting hairs over the term "dishonorable discharge" - is this your new distracting strategy to avoid looking into one of the most despicable statements ever made by an American president???

 

Yes, it's bad. Biden acknowledged his son's drug problems. But it's not "dishonorable discharge" and Hunter Biden is not the one running for president. The most Biden can be accused on this, is bad parenting... it is not unheard of that offspring of powerful and busy men comes out with flaws. His other son, though, Beau Biden, was a freaking role model.

 

Most polls show Biden as the "winner" of the debate although the real winner is the Voyager probe, which is speeding away from Earth at 17 kilometers per second.

 

Had the roles been reversed and Joe Biden Dominated President Trump the same way Donald Trump did to Sleepy Joe last night, the Democrats would be laughing and Gushing all over themselves in approval, but because Donald Trump made Joe look like an inept Fool the Liberals are screaming Foul and that Trump was out of line. Put a Fool in the Ring with the Bull and he'll get the Horns everytime.

 

He actually scored high with his defense of Hunter. Admitting that Hunter had issues and speaking about his “son”

 

That debate was a total **** show.

The only way for Biden to dominate him was to scream louder than Trump. Now we just have two potential "leaders," screaming at each other on national television.

 

Most of those attacking Biden's son are the same ones who supported Sarah Palin whose son liked to beat up women, a long term drug addict, beat up his father and went to prison

No I consider your statement that he didn't do anything untrue. They told us all the goal was to flatten the curve, they dem governors told us that Trump couldn't make policy for their states under the constitution and the courts agree. Therefore what Trump could actually do was get local business involved to overcome shortages off PPE and ventilators which we did. Shut down borders which we did BEFORE any other countries. Get reliable testing ramped up to sufficient amounts, which we lead the world by a mile. Inform the public which we had Task force press conference daily giving us the DRs, the numbers and the government recommended strategy (Phases), Weekly calls with governors with the task force to solve local issues which they did, create a better purchasing system involving the federal government which they did, Send hospital ships and make shift hospitals to help over flow which they did. Work with companies to fast track vaccines and logistics which they did in record time.

I could go on and on but anyone saying the feds did nothing is simply playing politics. The bottom line is we AMERICA was projected to have 30million cases and 2 million deaths unless we flattened the curve which we did. Now the BS armchair QBing acting as if a politician could've flattened it more with the same CDC and Fauci is simply partisan BS.

He constantly had to interrupt Biden because he was so frightened of what he had to say,....if he was confident he would've let Joe speak and behaved like a civilized human being. He constantly had to go off topic to avoid answering any pertinent questions....and rambled incoherently as usual....

We must have different definitions of strong if you didn't think he looked weak.

I think you would also say powerful politicians also have a way of getting the military to take care of family members as well. That being said, Hunter was kicked out of the military for drug use period.

 

All of 2020 has been a **** show, so why not the debates?

Half the time last night we were just staring at each other. We knew it would be bad, but yikes.

 

I wish it were that exciting. Trump wouldn't shut his yap and Biden wouldn't give any detail when he actually answered. Worst debate I've watched, and that's kinda impressive.
