No, he's playing the race card. The reason the majority of people who stock shelf's and do the lesser paying jobs has absolutely nothing to do with the color of their skin. What does have a lot to do with it is the education level that they are at. There also is, for many, a language barrier. I can show you a whole underground of illegal workers who work those cleaning jobs at night. This country has gone through this ever since it was created. Every new group of immigrants has started at the bottom and worked their way to the top. Every group of immigrants I have seen who have come into this country have helped each other to make it. Exception of one group and not until they get their house in order and start caring about each other their journey is going to be longer. I think it is a disgrace to force Corporations to fill positions with any race, creed or gender with unqualified applicants. Most companies now will tell you they cannot find qualified educated people to do the lower positions let alone fill boardrooms with unqualified people. If they are educated and boardroom material they will be hired. Quit blaming the system and look at the labor pool. If you had a business what would you pay them? I've gone thru how they are like concentration camps during this administration. While yes the program did start under Obama but he used it as a last resort. Trump uses it as a first resort to be cruel and then thry treat them like crap.
