The ME says the Cauvin was the immediate cause the Floyd's death.

Defense will present their witnesses and we'll see what they have to say.

LOL A point that absolutely no one has stated any differently, hence the trial!

I'm pretty sure showing this technique working perfectly on a non-drugged out idiot is 100% relevant. Not sure how that could be ignored.

The ME's report specifically states how bad his heart and health were. The consistent use of illegal narcotics only made everything worse. So yeah, his poor heart health and poor physical condition and drugs are what the ME noted AND what caused his dumb *** to die.

    They linched the cop yet?
When I get/got pulled over I move very slowly and deliberately.. I am a big guy and I can see the apprehension is some police's eyes. I have since seen enough videos were the person stopped is friendly and complying with the officer right up to when they whip out a weapon and start shooting at the police.

I would never be a cop, don't have the patience or attitude for it.. I'd beat the crap out of people the moment they got lippy. I think they should all go back to carrying and using the billie club.

It's not, since the ME and his fellow medical experts call it a homicide and not a death due to drugs or poor health.

You do know that if Chauvin regularly checked Floyd's vital signs during those nine minutes, or listened to other officers saying that Floyd should be rolled over, or listened to the officer that stated that he could not feel a pulse and so CPR should commence, or not kneel on his neck for a further three minutes after Floyd died, all the things Chauvin should have done, there would not be a court case because Floyd would still probably be alive. You know this, don't you?

First, no. floyd would still be dead because of his poor health and massive drug problem. You do know there are tons of vids showing this technique working perfectly? Cuz, it's pretty common and it's taught all over the country.

WHO resisted the arrested and caused the struggle? WHO could have just cooperated with the police from the getgo and not have to be put under that stress? The police wanted nothing more than to have Floyd cooperate and even after he started to have his medical issue sitting comfortably in the police SUV awaiting the ambulance. Are you disputing that?

So you missed the "before he was even restrained" in the post to which you were responding.

In your view, was simply being prone part of the reason Floyd died?

THEY HAD TRIED TO PUT HIM INTO THE SUV!!!!!! They wanted nothing more than to have Floyd in that SUV sitting comfortably in the air conditioning awaiting the arriving any second ambulance. It was Floyd who refused to do so and instead of continuing the struggle which was causing the stress the officers decided, with the ambulance arriving any second, just to keep him on the ground in a position they were TRAINED to use.

The female cop in this weeks shooting will also face charges (probably of unintentional manslaughter).

It was Floyd who flung himself out of the other side of the vehicle, all he had to do was sit in it but he refused.

He was going into coronary/pulmonary arrest while he was sitting on the sidewalk against the building. The officers had upped it to a code 3 pickup. But he was already falling over and they tried to get him into the SUV but Floyd refused and resisted and went out the otherside of the SUV and to the ground.

And there is a separate thread covering that incident.

I don't think so, but no worries. I am not going to derail this thread.

Even the defence stated that Chauvin pulled him out

So explain how any of that is relevant to Chauvin NOT regularly checking Floyd's vital signs during those nine minutes, or NOT listening to other officers saying that Floyd should be rolled over, or NOT listening to the officer that stated that he could not feel a pulse and so CPR should commence, or for continually kneeling on his neck for a further three minutes after Floyd died?

Pretending that the technique is super deadly is hilarious. I can see why you'd resort to pretending the truth doesn't matter, it doesn't suit your agenda!

I suspect that it was the direct cause of his and Eric Garners deaths.
