He did as he was trained. As pictured in the manual. And he would be a free man if Floyd was white.

He did not. I had the same training. He applied that restraint technique improperly. Your body weight is to be on the upper back, not neck. Yiu don’t know what you’re talking about. You are untrained on this subject.

    Like hell he did.
George Floyd was dead after 7 minutes of Chauvin's knee on his neck and 2 other cops holding down his torso and feet while he was handcuffed behind his back and on his stomach.
Knowing he was dead wasn't good enough.

"After another officer told Chauvin that Floyd had no pulse, Chauvin and his fellow officers held the position for 2½ minutes instead of attempting CPR or chest compressions to revive him.Apr 7, 2021

The evidence presented at trial is what put Chauvin's ass behind bars for about 25 yrs and rightfully so.

This is the testimony from the trial.

Begins @ 25:00 comparing Floyds level of drugs to ODs and DUI arrests toxicology reports.

Chauvin now claims that George Floyd died from an "adrenaline surge"caused by his tumor and a jury never would have convicted him had they known that. lol
Shades of Rudy Giuliani "we have lots of theories but no evidence".

"During the murder trial for Chauvin, whose lawyers argued that Floyd had died as a result of a drug overdose, Dr. Andrew Baker, Hennepin County’s chief medical examiner, reiterated his autopsy findings. Reuters reported on Baker’s April 9, 2021 testimony (here) and a video can be seen (here), (here).

Mr. Floyd’s use of fentanyl did not cause the subdual or the neck restraint, his heart disease did not cause the subdual or the neck restraint,” Baker told the jury. He added that while Floyd suffered from heart disease, and fentanyl and methamphetamine found in his blood may have played a role in the death, they “were not direct causes.”

Dr. Daniel Isenschmid, a forensic toxicologist, testified during Chauvin’s trial that the level of methamphetamine found in Floyd’s blood was comparable to levels found in samples taken from living people detained for driving under the influence of narcotics (here).

Look. Floyd was a scum-bag. That’s irrelevant. Chauvin was negligent in his actions.

It is sad the poor guy never got a fair trial and leftists did nothing but lie about him. It was a real gross miscarriage of justice.

I've often wondered if the jury simply disregarded the testimony of the medical examiner who stated that he had about 3 times the lethal amount of fentanyl in his system in addition to several other drugs. It appeared the powers that be didn't want to hear that, so they got a second opinion who told them what they wanted to hear. I personally think he holds some responsibility. but not sure murder of any kind was the proper charge. More like manslaughter or something.

    Not true at all.
My post here last night shows the evidence presented at trial that debunked that Floyd died from an overdose.

Chauvin deserved to be charged with some form of negligence as he did violate his training standards by his actions. However, the multiple murder charges and ridiculous sentence was purely political in nature.

Multiple charges are common, they give the jury options.
Chauvin was found guilty on all three charges and sentenced only on the highest charge of 2nd degree murder @ 22.5 yrs.

Nothing political in his 2nd degree conviction and sentencing which was up to 40 yrs.
Had it not been for Darnella Frazier's video of George Floyd being tortured to death Chauvin most likely would never have been indicted and his police report that was filled with lies and omissions and the police press release that followed suit on Floyd's death in police custody would have been the end of it.

He was found guilty of two counts of murder. Not just one.

I had explained it to you, it was 3.

"Chauvin was convicted on the following charges: Second-degree unintentional murder means causing death without intent by committing a felony. Second-degree manslaughter is causing death by unreasonable risk. Third-degree murder means causing death by an "eminently dangerous" act, showing a "depraved mind."Apr 20, 2021

    . You explained nothing.

Two counts of murder and one of manslaughter for one single incident involving one death.

Both were truly not guilty. In one case justice was done in accordance to the law while in the other it was not.

That’s not a fact. Chauvin misapplied the technique. Officers often do, but usually they can get away with it because they don’t maintain it for so long.

It’s disturbing that Rittenhouse was turned into some kind of hero. In reality he was a wannabe idiot who acted foolishly.

I can see you don't have the slightest idea of what you are talking about. Sadly, it seems the more clueless they are the more they want to flap their gums.
