He held up the transfer of funds to Ukraine as part of a due diligence investigation into the Ukraine corruption that was rampant before the new president. During his call where he mentioned the nicety of an investigation into the Biden related funny business there was no mention or tie made to the funding. Facts are a dangerous thing to political agendas.
