Because the FBI would have the proof that Giuliani fabricated the evidence. Of course.

 

No, they would see that it was altered, but that wouldn't necessarily prove Giuliani did it.
Also, you didn't address the other part of the post, what if he altered it before it was given to the FBI? Then they would match, no?
I want to see an actual forensic examination by a reputable and impartial party of the original hard drive.
There are way too many red flags for this to be taken at face value.
I'm not trying to provide cover for Hunter Biden, let the chips fall where they may. Let's just be thorough about it.

Apparently you only read parts of posts. Hunter doesn't deny it, but also doesn't take ownership either. I'm not debating whether it's his laptop or not.
And I am not emotionally invested in Hunter Biden. I don't like him. What scumbag of a son is Hunter? He has gotten all kinds of advantages because of who his dad is, and he repays him by causing trouble for him politically. Crackhead scumbag.
IF you read my posts, I would like the truth to come out, whatever that is. There are A LOT of red flags, and Giuliani is in the middle of all this, so I would like to see what the real deal is about this laptop and the information on it.
Maybe Hunter dropped it off and forgot about it, and it played out like Giuliani says. OR
Giuliani had Hunter's laptop stolen, put incriminating material on it, and promoted the story to hurt Joe Biden. OR
Some truth in between.
I THINK it was somewhere in between, but there isn't enough information to make a determination.
Someday it will come out.

It's interesting that the owner of the shop handed over somebody's private property to Rudy.

 

The stuff that's come out isn't exactly demonstrative of "crimes". If there were, it would've been news long ago. Moreover, we don't know that emails, etc. haven't been altered or planted.

When you do business with somebody, it doesn't mean you're partners.

 

It also does NOT make you responsible for their conduct.

 

The FBI isn't going to make such information public in the midst of an investigation. That's how it works.

 

My personal opinion is that when this all gets properly vetted and the fine details are found out, Giuliani is going to be in hot water for manipulating the data.
He may not get "convicted", as it will be difficult to prove he did it, but I think that there is something very amiss with this whole thing. Some of the emails have been verified from third parties, but much is not and already the forensics that have been done on the data have shown the data to be very suspect, as in manipulated.
And we haven't seen a full examination of it.
Again, at this point it is JUST MY OPINION, but you can bookmark this comment and bash me with it in the future depending how it turns out.
Here's another problem, so far, even if the data is correct, there have been no laws broken by Joe Biden.

Did Joe say he didn't know about ANY of Hunter's business dealings, or did he say he didn't discuss Hunter's association with Burisma (Ukraine)? I remember him saying he didn't discuss Hunter's business dealings with Hunter, but, if I remember correctly, it was during a debate and he was specifically talking about the Burisma gig.

 

After so many days of being abandoned, by contract signed by Hunter with the computer store, the laptops became property of the computer store.

 

Where is the "contract"? Does it require any notice to the owner? What about the personal data on the computer--the data then belongs to the guy who owns the shop? Smells like bullshit to me.

 

This was originally a Russian smear op. They make another appearance when they funneled money to Guilliani and Lev Parnas when they were in Europe.

Also, if you look into what was going on in Ukraine at the time, the whole thing stinks to high heaven.

The thread is not about conduct. It's about access to the WH and the VP either directly or indirectly. Although, in a sense that does include conduct, but more about the conduct of the former VP.

 

Hunter has had millions pass to him from China the Ukraine and Russia all of which we are having 8ssues with. And the cash was just part of it business interests diamonds hookers and dope.

 

What in the Hell are you trying to claim here? That mere "access" (WTF that means) is magically a crime?
