LOL, President Joe Biden still has those Chinese Tariffs in place that Trump did. And the administration still has the direction of an unfriendly environment towards the Chinese Government. Our allies in SE Asia want US military protection, but they also want China's trade as well. Vietnam is where you need to focus your attention because that is where all those manufacturing is going to start moving to within the next 10 years. Although Vietnam is communist, the country and its government are not on friendly terms with China, especially with Xi in charge. This has mostly to do with the Spralty Islands who Vietnam, along with China and 6 other nations lay claim to. There are huge oil deposits there, excellent commercial fishing rights, and so forth. And if anything is going to happen in SE Asia, it will happen there first, not Taiwan.
