But you'll hitch your wagon to the ridiculous "wet market/bat soup" theory, as long as it contradicts Trump, even if it covers up the truth, won't you?

Are you a medical doctor with specialty in communicable diseases? An immunologist? What, specifically, is your background that you can confidently call the theory "ridiculous"?

    It's not about hating Trump.

But I sure as hell don't get how anyone can SUPPORT Trump.

This is one long strawman argument.

You are entitled to think he is despicable. That is an opinion. People are not calling your opinion that he is despicable an irrational opinion. You are entitled to dislike anyone that you please.

What they are calling irrational is your obsessive compulsion in displaying your hatred for the man. It seemingly never stops. It is thread, after thread, after thread, making every manner of bombastic accusations that is irrational.

This particular post is a strawman because you are arguing as if people are insisting that your labeling him as despicable as being irrational, and that is most certainly not their argument. This is one long argument against points that have not been raised.

Trump is unlike any person who has ever held the office of the President.

Worse, he is currently the frontrunner to win the nomination from the GOP

What you call "obsessive compulsion" many of us view as "dire warning"

I would not claim that you have an obsessive compulsion, because I have not seen it from you. Perhaps you are and I just havent seen it. That is in the realm of possibility, but im not in the business of making baseless assumptions. I have seen your name from time to time, but am honestly not all that familiar with your positions.

At any rate, my comment was directed at someone who I am asserting does show an obsessive compulsion on the subject. I am not sure what you would expect me to say in response when I do not necessarily see that label as applying to you.

I'm talking about the same poster you are.

I do not see his posts as an "obsessive compulsion". They are a "dire warning" that many are unwilling to heed.

Is Trump still the front runner to win the GOP nomination?

Then the answer is "Not enough"

Most vapid non sequiturs, distortions or silliness. For instance you continue to believe his comments an actions were his own doing; total nonsense - like any leader he depended on his subordinate advisors and bureaus to help him act - they had other priorities than loyalty. As is coming out now.

I cannot say I care all that much. I am most certainly NOT going to argue with YOU about HIS position. He is asserting that people are calling him irrational because he thinks Trump is despicable. That assertion is not correct. That is not the reason people call him irrational. Lots of people think Trump is despicable, including many who vote for him. This belief is NOT what is being labeled irrational.

I dont see you as being relevant to this even slightly.

You left out a few lols!

What kind of man swindles people with a fake university?

What kind of man claims to be a billionaire but not only continually begs money from the gullible - oops sorry his supporters and then sets up the payment scheme to drain bank accounts?

What kind of man is known to have Mafia connections ( see application for Casino licence Sydney) and whilst running for president boasts of how much he admires Mafia identities

What kind of man is found liable of rape?

Just a bunch of hypocritical nonsense since you hate Trump. If leaders told the population the "truth" about everything why would we even bother having classified information? Your hatred blinds your logic. Go ahead and insult me, i giggle everytime i read them.

You are literally arguing that the government should lie to the public about threats. It's insanely authoritarian. Your hatred blinds not only your logic but has you to the point that you are literally claiming you wish your dear leaders would lie to you. But, hey, the dear leaders know best. You and I should just go work the salt mines for the dear leaders and not think about things like reality.

Information is classified to try to prevent other countries from obtaining it.

What, exactly, would we gain by preventing other governments from obtaining the information we had about COVID?

They should lead by example and NOT REPEAT NOT

    1. refuse to abide by medical recommendations (social distancing - he killed thousands with rallies)
    2. Ridicule an intervention that proved effective throughout the ages at reducing spread (when did Trump mask up?)
    3. Recommending treatment options that had not been vetted?
The death toll America paid for having this idiot at the helm is explanation enough

We KNOW what Trump thought of his subordinates.
We KNOW how he overvalued his intellectual capacities on everything from military strategy to medical issues.

    https://www.axios.com/2019/01/05/everything-trump-says-he-knows-more-about-than-anybody

This is not someone who "depends on his subordinate advisors". This is someone who thinks he knows more about everything than anyone and acts according to his own overinflated self worth.

Now why do you have to be so downright un civil to me?

Can you not accept the fact that people have different opinions than you without going into juvenile insult mode?

Projection at its finest and since you can't speak without doing such things I'm going to go ahead and tell you to have a good afternoon.

I hear accusations of crimes but no proof. I see one allegation of sexual abuse from thirty years ago with no proof. I see no damage to the nation. What I do see off the top of my head is a former President whose administration was a major success for our nation across the board. The best economy ever. Renewed confidence from our nations LEO's and border patrol in general. A more secure border. A stronger military. The ending of ISIS, it's leader, Al-Qaeda's leaders, and Soleimani and his cohorts. No new wars. A more secure nation from terrorism. Comprehensive prison reform granting early release to thousands of non violent prisoners. Better trade deals. Energy independence. Negotiated Abrahamic Accords to normalize relations between Israel and Arab nations. Added millions of acres to nature preserves. As I see it, Trumps greatest threat is to the left because he draws the spotlight to himself and proves the lefts doctrines are irrelevant. He also masterfully handled the pandemic. And all of this was done while the entire left, from Congress to Colleges to the media to the internet giants were all in full out war against him, 24/7. And when it comes to sexual perversity and lawlessness, Trump can't hold a candle to the left.

The post I responded to was hardly civil.

I'm not responsible for the failure of your side to engage in reason.

Evasion at its finest. You still can't actually discuss my post.
