That law means that anytime a prosecutor wants to he can dig into any successful financial contractual transaction and find something reason to prosecute anyone he chooses. Little Joe Stalin would be proud of the New York Justice system.

He didn’t break any laws. The prosecutor manufactured a case out of the details of the transaction. The prosecutor could have done the same to DB if she wanted to. There was no complaint of fraud from DB or Trump. Any financial transaction in the state of New York can be used in the same way.

 

Just add at the end of the penal code: "The foregoing shall be construed so as to be inapplicable to Donald J. Trump."
