.....AGAIN.....as Dr. Paul did the same in 2008.

Devoted to all my Conservative and Republican brethren who are still having trouble seeing the forest through the trees.......here is your chance to call America's Finest a bunch of kook supporters.

Agree or disagree with Ron's foreign policy......those that are on the front lines....are Ron's biggest fans.

Libs you should also take note.....as no doubt, deep down your disappointed in Warmonger Obama.

Well of course the military is going to love Ron Paul. He would bring them home and never send them out again. The question is, what's best for our country?

I am not a fan of the 3 wars we are in right now, but Ron Paul's foreign policy puts him on the same level as most liberals, and I oppose it. Many of his own supporters dislike Paul's foreign policy. Blaming the US for "provoking" 9/11 is tantamount to sympathizing with our terrorist enemies. His claims that Islam is not a threat shows how clueless he really is about the root of the problem.

We don't need someone whose first instinct is to blame ourselves when some barbarian Muslim overseas decides to live out his jihad fantasy to get his 72 virgins.

You must have some insider knowledge that the CIA does not have.

You didn't answer my question in the other thread either. Where is the CIA wrong? Provide evidence.

Deploy to a combat zone a few times, and have rounds fired at you, and you start to rethink Americas foreign policy.

It makes absolutely no sense that anyone from the military would want Ron Paul in office. He'd cut their pay significantly since it comes from the federal government..or try it.

Not that I'm against Ron Paul; I'm not

A pay cut isn't so bad compared to being sent to Afghanistan again and again.

Actually, sure it is. I've been and will happily go again... the additional payouts (hazardous duty pay, family sep, etc.) were nice.

"What's best for our country"? That's a typical Collectivist argument. The only thing that matters is what's best for the indvidual. The state should ALWAYS take a back seat to the individual. Beisdes, our reckless military empire is wasting money and causing us to be less safe. So by doing things for "the good of our country" or "the benefit of the state" or whatever Nazi/Soviet propaganda you're regurgitating, you're harming the individual by putting him in more debt and inflating his purchasing power away, while simultaneously increasing the probability of another 9/11 happening as blowback from our terrible foreign policy. Thanks!

And what do you mean by "never sned them out again"? If we were attacked like we were on 9/11, you can bet that he would. You're clearly just making stuff up so that your inherently weak and feeble argument looks stronger.

This is a lie. Most liberals support Obama, and his foreign policy is war.

Oh really? I know Muslims that have no intention of killing people.

    Try again.

More Collectivist nonsense. You're intentionally blurring the distinction between the state and the people. When you say "blame ourselves", you're implying that Ron Paul is blaming Americans for 9/11, when in fact he is blaming it on blowback from our government's disastrous foreign policy. You are good at distorting facts.

Dude, I know you just didn't call us cowards for supporting Ron Paul. Every single one of us have enlisted or reenlisted after 9/11 to fight the wars our government has put us in, and we will continue to follow the orders of those elected to lead us. We are just tired of fighting with no direction, no end in sight, no stated goals of how we will determine victory.

He has never said anything about cutting the military's pay, or ever mentioned he thinks we get paid too much. He knows there are many other aspects that can be cut before manning or pay.

    Some food for thought.

If anyone has this country's and our military's best interest at heart, its Paul.
Sure, for some time I thought we had a legit reason to mingle in foreign affairs...and we sometimes do...but that doesn't mean we must spend lives, moneys and our reputation in foreign lands for the political power of a few, while making, and leaving, our country more and more vulnerable.
So yes, I am with our finest on this one, those whom we can't thank enough for their sacrifice...ever.

I wouldn't say Ron Paul "blames" America for the attacks: He just realizes that we don't live in a utopian world where we can just not expect nations we've been occupying to attack us back. He just thinks we have to be careful and realize that consequences like this are possible.

Isn't he a "libertarian"? Doesn't he want to cut government as much as possible, since you know, public organizations are inherently evil whereas private organizations are never to be feared?

Whoo hoo! Ron Paul got more donations from people who couldn't do anything with their lives other than join the US military.

Um...don't know why yall don't realize this...but people who matter do not fight wars. I mean sure, they join the armed services like Bush or Perry, but they do not actually serve.
AGAIN, Ron Paul has ZERO chance. Save your money...you are going to need it.

I'm sorry, but I just need to say that that is one of the most disrespectful things I've ever heard said. These people put their lives on the line so people like you can live a comfortable lifestyle, and all you can do is insult them and say they don't matter. Why should you insult someone based on what they want to do with their life, and why should that matter? Each vote counts.
