So far in this thread I have heard people misuse the legal definition of two terms, repeatedly and both after having been proven wrong, I have seen people confuse Operation Gunrunner, which is a 6 yerar old program, with Fast and Furious on multiple occasions, I have seen people compare this to Clinton's impeachment, and I have seen a myriad of other foolishness.

The one constant here, the one consistency, the one trait through this thread is I have been correct on every point.

I am sorry, but your premise is ridiculous. You have been wrong twice in this thread. Your claim of negligent homicide was incorrect. The legal definition was provided to you. You were again wrong when you confused Operation Gunrunner and Fast and Furious.

Your post seems bit dubious when saying I am wrong when I have been correct. At this point I am guessing you are going to continue posting factually incorrect posts in a hope that the thread gets closed or all of your posts get deleted, but why not just do the honorable thing, the mature thing and admit you are wrong then concede the point? it seems silly for you to continue arguing the same failed points over and over.

In this case we are asked to believe one of two things that are plausible. Holder is a liar, like his boss, or he is not in control of the DOJ.

Let's go with: Holder and Barry had no idea that the Justice Department was sending more than a thousand weapons into Mexico without telling Holder.

How could that happen, assuming that it did but only a far left liberal loon would pretend that they believe that it did?? Some people, way down in the bowels of the DOJ, decide to pull a political trick on the gun huggers by flooding the Mexican drug gangs with weapons that can be traced back to the US. At the same time, strictly by coincidence, the far left gun grabbers in congress start claiming that hundreds of weapons from the US are going into Mexico and are cause to make gun ownership harder. These people whine about the people being killed in Mexico by American guns. They demand that the people selling these guns be punished and the right to own guns be restricted.

I guess that the DOJ couldn't find enough guns from America in Mexico so they sent some that they could quickly trace right back to the shops that they asked to sell them to known gun runners.
