You'd think it would be obvious...but for the terminal TDS...

You seem to be misunderstanding that quote (wherever you got it). The content of the communication is privileged. The fact that the communication occurred, and whether the attorney(s) took the case, is not privileged. So lawyers just saying "he came to us, we turned him down because he doesn't pay his bills" is not a violation. The fact that the Russia investigation is mentioned may very well be a violation, though.

This sounds familiar to the fashion designer that claimed he/she would NEVER do a dress for Melania, not that anyone actually asked;) Its funny, when anyone announced they wouldn't work with Obama....instant racist. Weird how that goes.

    A little life lesson.

Before you ask an attorney a serious question hand them a dollar, most will ask for it anyway. More than once when I've had a legal problem the attorney I question asks for a dollar, it establishes the fiduciary relationship.

    Cheers

    .
You're right but it does memorialize in memory the event. Payment also establishes, by definition, a professional relationship.

    Give up the buck.

lol sure it is. This is a safe one to call BS and it'll never be proven either way. But much of what you've called BS has been proven already

Lol yah Flynn never talked to Russia about sanctions. A story you didn't believe that was later proven. Do you get tired of being wrong?

Nice try. Blaming Bush for Obama's 8 years gets you no where. Answer the question unless you don't have the balls.

Kk, funny story about a buck and an attorney.

In 1979 I ran up a bar tab at Mcguire's Pub on Pensacola beach. I was a little short, like $80 short. It was unintended, I thought I had more cash but didnt. I also didn't have a check that the bartender said he would accept. Ugh, it got ugly, cops were called.

An older gentleman next to me asked for a dollar. I said: "What?" He said I'll solve your problem for one dollar. I gave him a dollar. He gave me his card and said: "you now have an attorney."

My new attorney asked "do you have money in your checking account, enough to cover the tab?" "Yep" I said. "Fine" he says, "get a bar napkin and write out a promissory note, put your name on it with "I promise to pay", your bank's name and the amount."

I drunkenly did as told a day handed the napkin to the bartender.

The bartender rejected the note and I was arrested for theft of services and petite theft.

I was processed in Escambia Co jail at 0200 and released by 0500. My attorney made a phone call.

Mcguire's Irish pup processed the napkin the next day, it cleared. Of course, Bob Barr at Pensacola Loan and Savings bank called me in, dangling the napkin shaking his head, "don't do this again"

I didn't file against Mcguire's but the county settled for $5,000. Unlawful arrest.

Not bad for one buck invested.

    Cheers

Over a dozen convictions in Whitewater, unquestionably crimes exposed in the Benghazi Lie From Day One Obama Adm. bullcrap, classified data HANDLED ILLEGALLY in email case. Nothing to "wonder about", more CRIMINALITY form the SAME BAD ACTORS, only now, they are not protected by an insanely corrupt DOJ.

As far as this story...wasn't me who posted claims of law firms violating the client privilege of the President of the United States, was it...or any "right winger" for that matter...was it?

Read the article carefully, they weren't actually asked to represent Trump or the White House, the article asked if they would............ hypothetically. LOL Talk about FAKE NEWS!! This gives click bait a whole new master level.
