FULL TITLE: “This Political Climate Got My Brother Killed”: Officer Brian Sicknick Died Defending the Capitol. His Family Waits for Answers.

I didn't see anything posted about this so apologies if it's a repeat. I just read this today (it is dated January 8, 2021)

According to this, Ofc. Sicknick died of a blood clot and stroke. He was on a ventilator. It must have been awful for the family to think Ofc. Sicknick was okay only to find out (from reporters) he was hospitalized and didn't make it. It's heartbreaking.

Two other officers ended up taking their own lives after the riot. I hope these deaths are not in vain and the Capitol Police have learned from the tragedies that happened that day and its aftermath.

Its reasonable to conclude that the stress of the capital riot, and thus also those that engaged in the rioting, likely played a crucial part in his stroke and death. It begs the questions: where then the 'bludgeoned with a fire extinguisher' narrative came from and why did it take so long to be dispelled?

Here is a photo that is said to be a retired firefighter throwing a fire extinguisher at cops. This might have been the source of that rumor.

 

Did they set any fires? The leftist rioters on the left coast (Portland) seem fond of setting fires when they get into a building.

 

The key word here is 'rumor.' This 'rumor' was reported by multiple national news outlets as fact for a week or more. That image isn't nearly enough to warrant such reporting.

No. No fires. Has anyone been charged in Brian Sicknick's death? I heard he reported in after it was all over and said he was just fine.

Weird. It's almost like the Fake News Media are nothing more than a bunch of pro Left Wing propaganda outfits or something.

 

Capitol police and even the FBI are still mum on his cause of death. He DID die from natural causes, so says his family yet no official agency will confirm it. Gee... I wonder why?

 

Fake news says violent protests in Portland are acceptable but peaceful demonstrations at the US capital are an insurrection. People need to be more selective of where they get their news from.

That's all I have to say about that.

 

I've never really held the opinion the media reports facts. As far as I can tell, they just want to be first at reporting a news story. There is even more competition with the internet news sites and personal blogs.

It is very telling that this article was written two days after the riot and I just happened to run across it while looking for something else. It makes me wonder why it hasn't been all over the news.
