If that is the way you feel, I assume you are in favor of America withdrawing from NATO?

If you are not prepared to fulfil the obligations, you have to get out of the treaty that imposes those obligations.

My reasoning is, you trust schmuck Turd because he served in CIA. By same reasoning, you should trust Strzok because he serve un FBI. And you don’t.

    Why?

The war became world war in 1941.

At this point, yes. I see us as a glorified vassal state of the Europeans, to be used to wack-a-mole that they don't like. And of course, I'm not absolving Russia from instigating the tensions in their own way either. It's just in US interest, why the hell would we try to stand in the middle of these two? Contrary to the old geopolitical theory of containment, it's no longer containable. These two forces will fight, and we'll be forced to pick the EU Side. I don't want to pick either.

I wanna watch my competitors get weaker, while we get stronger due to avoiding conflict. Like today, countries like Finland and Switzerland are in strong financial positions because they were smart enough to be like "no". You could say the Framers had a Switzerland-like thought in mind for the US.

Those reserves Uranium One had were sold to a foreign country in the 1980's. They haven't been owned by the US for a long time.

Ignoring the hyperbole, yes, there are lots of things that Trump does that isn't treason. Yet there are some things that are.

That was the final straw. The sinking of the Lusitania and blowing up stuff in US waters were major factors as well.

Name one that was treason and I'll quote liberal Constitutional scholar Alan Dershowitz on treason.

Mentioning the issue of countries not paying their obligation does bring up the question why should we defend them?

The obligation is to reach a target level by 2024. There is no other obligation.

Trump cult members have told us since forever that the Trumpocity says what he means and means what he says. Well the Trumpocity said that our intelligence services are wrong and that his boss Putin was right.

    Book him Dano, Treason One.

The sinking of the RMS Lusitania happened on May 7th 1915 not on April 6th, 1917.

The RMS Lusitania was a Royal Majesty Ship, a British ship not an American ship.

There was a war going on and the Lusitania was fair game.

What Thiry6Below was getting at is that British intelligence has a really long history of feeding fake intelligence to other nations.

The Zimmerman Telegram...fake ??? Very likely.

British intelligence holding back intelligence from America on the planned Japanese attack at Pearl Harbor ?

British intelligence fed fake intelligence to the Bush (43) that Saddam Hussein had WMD's. That was fake intelligence.

British intelligence feeding the Obama White House on fake intelligence on Libya. Kinda looks like it.

A former British intelligence agent who produces a fake dossier from Russians that Hillary Clinton and the DNC paid $10 million for !!!

Re: the First World War ( WW l )
One of the most stupidest wars ever fought in history.

Except for the USA all of the other nations involved in WW l were dragged into the war because of treaties of alliance they had with the original combatant nations.

Before 1949 the United States never had an alliance treaty with any country in the world. That's why America was able to stay out of all of the European wars fought during the 19th Century.

NATO would be America's first alliance treaty in history.

Five years later the USA joined or let's say created SEATO (Southeast Asia Treaty) that made it so freaking easy for JFK and LBJ to get America into a shooting war in Vietnam.

    Alliance treaties are dangerous.

Hitler ****ed up big time when he signed an alliance with Japan ( Tripartite Pact ) in 1940. So when America declared war on Japan on Dec. 8th, 1941 under the Tripartite Pact Hitler was required to declare war on the USA. That was the signing of the death warrant of the Third Reich.

But as I stand by, WW l was one of the most stupidest wars ever waged.

The history of WW l should be taught as if it were a bar room fight so everyone can understand how stupid the war was.

Oh, here we go!! The classic Margot "have you ever...." Walter Mitty crap...

Let me guess...you were once a valued advisor to the Germans, Brits and French...simultaneously, while declining their attempts to nominate you for a Nobel Prize, right !!!

    Am I close??!! :)

Is it treasonous to be critical of US intelligence services?

No. It does not. If you trust a guy with CIA experience, you should trust a guy with FBI experience, and yet you do not trust Strzok when he texted about conspiracy to destroy the president. Why?

I really get tickled when you try to pretend that irrelevant nonsense, such as whether or not someone has "ever been to Europe", has ANY BEARING WHATSOEVER on their knowledge of recent European history.

Everything you post is pretty foolish. Tell us all again how Uranium One/Rosatom DID NOT buy control of 20% of our uranium reserves, and that the NRC's OWN MEMOS didn't admit that they were allowed to ILLEGALLY EXPORT some yellow cake...just to try to keep your Silly Streak going, of for no other reason.
