How can one be exonerated of criminal charges if he has never been charged of crimes?

Trump was never charged of actual crimes and he's never been found innocent by a criminal jury.

He doesn’t have to be. What you produced was one definition of the word. As you can see there are a number of ways the word can be used, as criminal law isn’t the only way.

agreed he was never accused by the house of a crime. Unlike Clinton, who wasn’t exonerated and took a plea

Clinton was found not guilty of Perjury and Obstruction of Justice, by the US Senate.

    it is the legal definition.

thats what we are talking about right, the law?

how can Trump he exonerated if he could face a criminal trial on January 23rd, 2021?

if he was really exonerated, he could never face trial for these crimes.

Bush and the GOP blocked all attempts at reform. Reform only happened when the Dems took over.

    HOGWASH!
As you well know every bill was BLOCKED in the GOP House committees except one which when it arrived at the Senate the GOP leader of the Senate refused to bring it to the floor for a vote.
Like healthcare, the GOP were all talk and NO action.

They were HIS advisers on HIS economic council releasing HIS report to support HIS stimulus.................what a pitiful excuse. So retract the "lie" which by the way accusing someone of lying and dishonesty on this board will get you a warning.
Stick to the issue and remain civil.

The Dems were a POWERLESS minority, it was the GOP MAJORITY who blocked all the bills in committee.

He was not even president yet, there was no economic council yet, and there was no stimulus bill yet and YOU falsely claimed HE said it.
Your claim that OBAMA said it is not the truth, so what does that make it? What is the opposite of the truth?

The minority isn't powerless in Congress. They didn't propose one piece of legislation, nor support any

as the video highlights. They were never on board with any reform

Frank was a POWERLESS member of the MINORITY party in the HOUSE. He was not capable of blocking anything. All reform bills were blocked in the GOP CONTROLLED House committees.
