You are barking the wrong tree friend... Israel has no problems with integrity!

Instead of finding faults with the only tiny (Jewish country in the World), I am sure together with your pristine articulate fashion and your erudition you would spend more time now on this web to confront China with TIBET, Russia with Kuril Islands, and the UK with the Malvinas.

Israel is not in compliance with it's treaty obligations as a UN member state. The UN Charter is a treaty between all member states. The 6-Day War was a violation of the UN Charter. The refusal to comply with the UNSC Resolutions is a violation of the UN Charter.

Israel is not in compliance with the Geneva Conventions. It has allowed the it's civilian population to migrate into a territory under military control in direct violation of Article 49 of the Geneva Conventions.

Treaty obligations are based upon a nation "giving it's word" to comply with the conditions of the treaty and Israel has not honored it's "word" in complying. Basically, as a nation, Israel is a "liar" and a liar has no integrity.

Actually I like tackling "big game" by attacking the tyrannical actions of my own nation. Israel is of small concern to me because it's a two-bit tyrannical nation while the US is my country and I'm greatly concerned about it's violations of the Rights of the People.

Israelis should be the one's standing up and condemning the Israeli government for it's policies of tyranny and oppression instead of trying to cover them up and rationalize them. The Israelis should be condemning the government in Israel for not honoring it's treaty obligations. When the Israeli People begin to do this then there will be no need for me to even comment on Israel but until then someone has to stand up against the oppression and tyranny of the Israeli government even if it is a small third world country.

Your interpretations is warped... I will not go any further to aggravate this situation!

Your interpretations is warped... I will not go any further to aggravate this situation!

I agree, which means that 22 Arab nations and 57 plus Muslim nations are ganging on ONE and UNIQUE Jewish state to obliterate it and you find fault with the underdog... lovely attitude for integrity... are you an American? I wonder.

Yes I would have liked to read some of this 'braggadocio' here... but I am practically sure you would not dare open a thread on the subject matter.

Do not go so far as to strain relations, next door a FAULTLESS ARAB STATE BY THE NAME OF SYRIA is murdering its own people, a jet plane from the Syrian Air Force just obliterated a section of a city... well where is the integrity here? Did you make any comments here?

I am sorry to say that you have the whole situation upside down, topsy turvy... Israel is the best thing that happened to this World since the invention of the Telephone and the Phonograph/turntable! You are wrong... your attitude towards it is a sad story... maybe someday you will muster enough courage and tell us the reason why.

Why am I not surprised that for the umpteenth time, all you can do to attempt to counter verifiable historical facts is to serve up yet another weak deflection.

Why don't you tell the truth? ....

    ... which is
that you have been shown a small infinity of times that Israel is guilty of a veritable cornucopia of violations of International Law, but that it does not matter to you because you will support these violations because of your belief that such an Israel is justified by faith.

This is the place to address the analysis of UNSC 242 and I've provided a very precise legal analysis of it based exactly upon what it states. I've not seen any rebuttal to that based upon the wording of the Resolution itself.

Read it again ... "For guaranteeing freedom of navigation through international waterways in the area" not the International waterways. According to you logic this means that Egypt could pick and choose WHICH international waterways to allow Isreal freedom of navigation to; it need not allow access to all of the waterways.

    Yeah, right!! Bullcrap reasoning, right?
Same for "THE territories" in that case; same semantics, not so HBendor?

And for the record, that conclusion of yours still stands, Shiva, despite all the attempted strawman deflections.

Read it again, "Emphasizing the inadmissibility of the acquisition of territory by war"

No territory can be acquired by an act of war which means ALL of the territory occupied by the Israeli military in 1967 is excluded from acquisition by Israel.

Also read the Geneva Conventions again where it states, "The occupying power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own population into the territories it occupies."

The Geneva Conventions prohibit the settlement of those territories occupied by the Israeli military in 1967 by the civilian population of Israel.
