Oslo never obligated Israel to cease expanding and building settlements.

did you even read the article I posted for you?

it deals with this very subject, and confirms that Oslo did not commit Israel to stop any and all settlement building.

There never was a clear promise in Oslo Accourds to do that. I(needless to say Ronstar) don't support the settlements nor did we ever say settlements are legal. We are simply stating under Oslo Accords they never banned settlement expansion although arguable that does violate spirit of Oslo Accords. I view settlements since death of Arafat and Hamas observing ceasefire(since November 2012 ending operation pillar of defense with exception July-August 2014 after crackdown on Hamas in the West Bank after cell in Hebron not acting on orders from Hamas central leadership kidnapped 3 teenage settlers and killed them) as biggest obstacle to peace especially communities like Yitzhar, Itamar, and Kiryat Arba with them starting a price tag intifada with Duma attack this year. Israel under Labor during 1990's there was sincere desire for reaching peace agreement with Palestinians Taba summit in 2001 ending with joint announcement saying they never have been closer to a deal, however there wasn't as sincere desire on Arafat's part. Israel under Olmert also sincerely tried to reach for a peace agreement, this time leader on other side Mahoud Abbas also desired to reach an agreement with talks reaching to a point they were months away in 2008 according to both sides. However time ran out Bibi won 2009 elections. Since then Israeli government has refused to go back to point of 2008 talks and there seems to be much less desire on Israeli government to reach peace agreement with Palestinians.

Once again I must emphasize that there is no such a thing as <Palestinians> when you speak of Arabs vs the rest of the others that lived in this section of the world.
We were all <Palestinians Jews, Christians, Maronites, Copts, North Africans, Bosnians, Georgians etc... I have a Palestinian Birth Certificate and still own a Palestinian Passport...Yes Palestinian under the Ottoman Empire of the Mandate perhaps???

In 1964 at the behest of Abdel Nasser, Arafat opted for this designation to give substance to his supposed legitimacy... Although born in Egypt Arafat himself became a Palestinian. Wow... Wow.

Listen to Brigitte Gabriel she has everything wrapped up for you and the rest of your followers believing in false history. Watch this VIDEO.

Arabs, Palestinians another name for subset Arab ethnicity referring to Arabs that reside in West Bank and in East Jerusalem, you never addressed or contradicted anything I wrote. Nor does video challenge anything I wrote, in case you didn't know Arafat have been died for ten years with his replacement Abbas committed to security coordination with Israel and has tried to negotiate with Israel and was months away from a deal under Olmert but BIbi has refused to go back to point of 2008 talks. The fact is settlements like Yitzhar, Kiryat Arba, and Itamar are all known for attacking Palestinians, in the case of Yitzhar(which is near Nablus which is near village of Duma) and Kiryat Arba their chief rabbis for yeshivas have endorsed King's Torah which says it's okay to kill non Jews including children.

If United States or Canada or any other industrialized countries had enclave Neo-Nazi communities that constantly destroy property of their Jewish neighbors and sometimes even injuring or killing their neighbors are protected by military(along with schools receiving government funding), would you tolerate that? If not why then do you tolerate the same thing in cases of extremist settlements like Itamar, Yitzhar, Kiryat Arba that do the same thing against their Arab neighbors?

It is time for a one state solution because Israel has ensured that a two state solution is not possible by fragmenting the West Bank with settlements.

In a one state solution Israel would then have to change its discriminatory practices and ensure equality in all aspects of law and society.

Displaced Palestinians in other countries should then be repatriated.

Eventually moderate Jews will be demographically overwhelmed by Palestinians and Hasidic Jews whose population growth rates far outstrip those of moderate Jews.

This is why Netanyahu and right wing extremists are calling for a Jewish state, because in case of a one state solution Israel will no longer be a Jewish state.

Given history of fighting going back between these two societies given back to 1920's and given how multi national states like former Yugoslavia, Iraq, Syria, and Yemen have worked out, Israel being a binational state doesn't mean conflict wouldn't end, Daniel Steinman's article "the two state solution may be dead but the one state solution is no better" with link below notes this. One state solution would also mean Joint List/ Joint List like party that includes Communists, Islamists, and Arab nationalists would also have a large plurality(since annexing all of West Bank would mean 39% of population not including Druze who don't vote for Joint List anyways would be Arab) that would eventually turn into majority of seats in knesset. Given how all three ideologies Communism, Political Islam(many would argue Islam itself), and Arab nationalism has all caused a lot of misery, and given how repressive laws are in Arab world towards populations like homosexuals, women etc. Joint List having large plurality and eventual majority would mean civil rights inside Israel proper for both Jews and Arabs would most likely suffer. It's also important to note that although settlement's jurisdictions and regional councils cover 42% of West Bank, actual buildings cover just over 1% of West Bank.

A single state would be a disaster for all Jews which is why it is never going to happen. Not even if you and Jeremy Corbyn shout really really loudly.. Ther will have to be 2 (or 3) states . The Longer the Palestinians (*)(*)(*)(*) about the more that the west bank will have been settled. Israel is playing the game of 'boiling the frog' the world isn't actually terribly interested in yet another story of Jewish settlers buying out more Palestinian land and settling it so the available land for Palestinian usuage shrinks daily. Instead of making a settlent the so called friends of Palestinians actualy encourage them to keep fighting a war they cannot win thereby condemning them to a smaller and smaller territory. Bet the Palestinians wish they had accepted the deal the Israeis offered in 1967.

    - - - Updated - - -

It will NEVER happen. The jews will never vote to be destroyed by Palestinians.

Netanyahu and the right is making it difficult but it's not making it impossible. Again actual settlement buildings only cover 1 percent of West Bank. Also in some proposed peace deals like private initiative between Israelis and Palestinians called two states one homeland(Israel and Palestinian state in a sort of confederation, more people should be aware of this iniaitve) allow settlers to stay as permanent residents of Palestinian state provided they agree to live in peace with their neighbors under Palestinian sovereignty. There is already something that could make temporary de fecto borders until a deal can be agreed on which is the fence with former head of military intelligence and famed pilot Amos Yadlan and Kuluna MK Michael Oren support withdrawing to fence and Jordan valley until deal can be agreed upon. Most Israelis would never support annexing entire West Bank too since it means turning Jews eventually into a minority and ruling party overnight into coalition of Islamist, Communist, and Arab nationalists. Most Israelis would not be willing to support turning Israel into an Arab country which is what one state solution is due to most demographics including Israeli agreeing that Jews would lose their majority if Israel annexed entire West Bank. One state solution ignores treatment of large minorities in the middle east with all states having large minorities like Yemen, Syria, Iraq are currently in civil war or have been in civil war with tensions from civil war still remaining (Lebanon). Even Edward Said famed Palestinian professor in an interview with Israeli journalist Ari Shavit in 2000, Shavit asked Said if Jews as a minority would treated fairly in Palestine he responded with “It worries me a great deal. The question of what is going to be the fate of the Jews is very difficult for me. I really don’t know.” Israeli historian Benny Morris know for one of the founding New Historians during 1980's after Israeli archive was opened up more noted in his book "One State, Two States: Resolving the Israel/Palestine Conflict" that
"What Muslim Arab society in the modern age has treated Christians, Jews, pagans, Buddhists, and Hindus with tolerance and as equals? Why should anyone believe the Palestinian Muslim Arab would behave any differently(vide the departure from Palestinain areas of most Christian Arabs;vide the recent killing of a Christian Arab bookshop owner in Gaza and the torching of the library of Gaza's YMCA)? Western liberals like or pretend to view Palestinain Arabs, indeed all Arabs, as Scandivanians, and refuse to recognize that peoples, for good historical, cultural, and social reasons, are different and behave differently in similar or idential sets of circumstances."
    http://www.bloombergview.com/articl...irs-at-harvard-commentary-by-jeffrey-goldberg
https://books.google.com/books?id=6... or identical sets of circumstances."&f=false
    https://www.facebook.com/notes/711885432271832/

All one state solution would do is change Israeli society which within green lines is only free, democratic, and prosperous(Saudi Arabia and UAE, while prosperous most of its residents are migrant workers which are treated poorly, one state solution would also mean Joint List which includes Communist overnight would become governing party) society in the middle east and change that society into tyranny of majority due to turning Israel into another Arab state.
    https://www.facebook.com/notes/711885432271832/

The best way to end conflict and especially to end violence long term between Israelis and Palestinians is follow what Israeli security experts like former Shin Bet heads say, high ranking IDF generals like Amos Yadlan, Ehud Barak, all members of commanders for Israel's securities which is negotiating for two state solution, regional approach based on Arab peace initiative and/or one homeland two state initiative which many like Kuluna, Yesh Atid etc agree on(regional, Arab peace iniative) is probably the best way to negotiate. This is the only way Israel can be a Jewish and democratic state too.

In the short term, I think a more likely outcome will be Israel annexing everything west of the Seperation barrier, and allowing the rest to become a Palestinian state.

I doubt that is possible because there is already a UN resolution passed long ago demanding Israeli withdrawal to pre-1967 borders.

Israel occupation of the territory of others would legitimize similar occupations by other countries.

The one that states all parties need to make peace to achieve this. Yes, and when will they make peace in return for this occupation to end as the declared war by the Palestinians came long prior to any occupation?

I am amazed... a) there is no such a thing as 1967 Borders... it is an Armistice line!!!
Border describes a demarcation line between two independent states...
    b) Since there was no Independent states, then, there are no <Borders>!! In addition Israel won its Independence war and Israel beat the occupiers <Jordan> in 1967 and liberated its land.

You are arguing with the rest of the world. Israel will eventually be isolated. If you want the land you have to take the people.

Not really figure out a third option.
Remember that the Mandate for the reconstitution of Israel was a whole... It included Israel 23% and Jordan 77%... the 77% were surreptitiously yanked off by the Brits to CREATE the fiction called Jordan today.

The mandate has been over since 1948, mandate never promised all of Palestine, it promised a Jewish home in Palestine which Israel fulfills(with it's independence declared May 14 1948 the day before mandate was terminated). You either have to annex all of West Bank turning Joint List into governing party overnight and eventually turning Israel into an Arab state or leave most of West Bank unless you approve of apartheid in West bank due to Arabs residing in West Bank living under military law(with its corresponding limitations compared to civil law) despite settlements often nearby residing under civil law(with it's corresponding rights and freedoms)?

The armistice 1948 borders have become Israel's recognized borders since it won those borders for it's independence. Capturing territory in war regardless of whether it's defensive(in this case it's) comes under the laws of occupation as defined in 1906 Hague Regulations and later 1948 Geneva Conventions(of which Israel is a signatory and also Geneva Conventions is customary international law). Since WW2 acquisition of territory and annexing it even if it's defensive is considered against international law with no country including Israel's allies recognized Golan Heights and East Jerusalem annexations after 6 day war .
