The Holocaust happened without Hitler expressly ordering the extermination on the Jews and libs in the IRS can know and follow Obama's wishes without him having to tell them.

 

Ok. Then IF solid evidence/proof is found. Congress should begin Impeachment proceedings immediately.

 

The IG cannot bring criminal charges.

According to the clown who did the investigation no one in the IRS is willing to say who told them to do it.

And that may be true since the IG has not authority to make them say.
