There's not very many common progressive groups out there. Like Women for Equality or Gays for Equality, blah blah blah. You guys have specific political groups that are very political in nature. Even with out the keywords list the IRS would have investigated the "patriots" and "tea party" to their full extent due to the nature of their extreme political nature.

If they created a rule that said gangs were not allowed to get social welfare status and they started targeting words like "Bloods" or "Crypts", that would be very cool. The IRS' job is to catch people trying to game the system. They profile all sorts of people, rich people, celebrities, political groups, etc. That is their job.

Which is why the head of the IRS resigned and people were investigated. What you guys are trying to prove is it was done from the top for political reasons. Which there is no evidence of and confirmed by the IG Report. Facts are rarely on your side. Can't wait for your opinion based response, lol.

Because I'm trying to apply your question to make it analogous with what happened in this IRS event. So there is no reason to answer your question, for it has nothing to do with the given situation. Crime has nothing to do with tax exemption requests.
