Is there a criminal trial pending?
What crime might Trump be convicted of?

The standard was set with Clinton and surely you do not believe the Democrats would vote to impeach and remove him for perjury in a civil suit.

If sued he could lie under oath, get women to submit false affidavits and not worry a twit about being removed. Surely YOU would not support removal for such acts would you? Heck Hillary committed perjury about official acts before Congress and you still supported her.

And so, you understand the questioned you asked - "Do you want someone convicted of a crime as a president?" - is utterly meaningless.

No way Republican impeach over a civil suit. And I'm pretty sure, he wont take the stand, but put in an affidavit. I can't see a sitting POTUS, being required to attend a court proceeding. Good luck having him slip up in an affidavit.

Oh and in 2018, only 8 republican seats are up in the Senate. Even if the Dems somehow managed to pick up all 8 of those, while not losing a single one of their 33, that are up for reelection, they would still be short of the 60 votes required in the Senate.

Trump is not going anywhere, get used to it.......

And the Senate said perjury does not warrant removal from office. What should Trump be removed if he does like Clinton to try and get out of it?

Trump is a large-scale high-profile real estate developer, where lawsuits are common.
    Trump: 3 decades 4095 lawsuits.
    Seems pretty "norm" to me.

My assertion was in reality an opinion and my opinion was never debunked . my stone was thrown at the person he is based on the way he has lived his life.

I am not mad, I agree with the guy on lots of stuff in the realm of business and taxes, well to much to list here, however I part company on as many topics.

My principles are more important than my wallet. But that's just me.

Ol SniffalotofClitnonAss is just upset, he doesn't like the taste of crow. You think Hillary feels bad, think about how small the media feels right now. They did everything they could to not just cause Trump to lose but to destroy the man. Instead, enough people saw right through their bull (*)(*)(*)(*). With the tantrum they are throwing now, more people will turn them off.

Well we don't really know that Hillary got more votes of citizens. Lots and lots of Dem votes were counted in places where "sanctuary city" policies look the other way when illegal aliens vote, where graves regularly cast ballots, and where ACORN registered fictitious people cast votes. Like, say, in Philly where there were several precincts in which there were more ballots cast than registered voters.

Anyhoo, as to the legislatures and the House and Senate, 3 million more votes were cast for the Republicans than for the Dems, so my point is pretty valid still.

So despite the fact that your orange messiah won the electoral college, you are still crying about mythical voter fraud? geez, right wing propaganda is stronger than I thought. What I said still stands though. The Dem candidate received over a million+ votes than the Rep one.

I always thought that civil suits resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff or the defendant...not a conviction...
maybe its different in the USA....even a settlement out of court is not a conviction...perhaps the journo
is a bit out of her depth....as a lot of them are....

I don't care what some foreigner thinks about our elections or our president. But if she had been anyone else she would have received some sort of penalty for her email situation. As far as Trump university goes winning the election put him in a situation where it was in his and the country's best interest to settle.

George Stephanopoulos is a progressive idiot but the liberal horde will take this idea to bed with them and call for Trumps impeachment for the next eight years.

A couple days ago you thought a civil suite for fraud was a criminal case -- how can you in any way authoritatively state that settling a case is an admission of guilt?
    :roflol:

    You are exactly correct.
