As the first part of this thread has now been closed (over 50 pages) I still think it has items that need to be addressed . .especially those made by Allie Licious about sex ed and federal funding for PP.

Abortion kills women. It kills babies.

 

No, it is extremely RARE for a woman to die from a safe abortion. Abortion doesn't kill babies, they are usually embryoes, but occasionally they are fetuses.

 

Well maybe a thread on education(there's one already) would be better....instead of this one that has a lie for a title...

 

What about all the women who are so consumed with grief from their abortions that they sink into depression and eventually commit suicide?

For most of the women who die as a result of an abortion, it is not an immediate death on the abortion room operating table.

 

Most of your "studies" are faulty. And other studies have shown those "studies" to be false. No matter how badly you WANT to believe that abortion causes all those bad things, it just doesn't.

 

EVERYTHING WE POST IS FAULTY IN YOUR PRO-ABORT EYES. IT WOULD NOT MATTER WHAT WE POSTED. And why should we not dismiss everything you post from pro-abort sites?

No pro-abort site would dare post or report that anything on that list was true. They just wouldn't. I had a few things on that list....I had major depression and anxiety, bad enough I contemplated suicide. So you again...have no clue...you just don't.

Your abortion is not necessarily the cause of your depression and anxiety. You do know that many people, including men, get depression and anxiety without ever having had an abortion? You do know that depression and anxiety is more common after childbirth? The simple fact is that abortion doesn't cause every bad thing that happens. Please stop pretending that you want to HELP women by criminalizing abortion; that's just such a farce.

Abortion would never cause someone like you to feel bad...because you champion abortion and you love the fact that women have power. You are a pro-abort...of course there are people like you who don't or would not regret....
But I think you are in the minority because I think most people have consciences and a faith in God that convicts them...especially concerning abortion.

Why don't you stop trying to coax women into wanting abortion...and getting them. You are an enabler.

Why such an angry response to a perfectly civil post?

Depression is not a physical illness: it is a mental disorder, and no one is claiming to know the cause of it, but simply suggesting it could have been caused by something other than your abortion, especially 20 years later. If your niece was born at 23-24 weeks, and you aborted at 6 weeks ( when the embryo is the size of a sweet pea), there is a vast difference, and doesn't seem likely to cause that response unless other factors were at play.

Didn't you have a conscience and a faith in God for the 20 years between your abortion and birth of your niece? The 20 years that you were perfectly happy?

Does it make you feel all warm and self-righteous to believe such things about others?
