Don't expect tooo much, remember how excited the Dems. got two or three times a week when new "bombshells" came out. This is a political dog and pony show from both sides Nothing is going to come of it that would in any way change the political players.

Appararently you're clueless about how much power the democrats have managed to acquire especially during the Obama admin. So much in fact, they completely corrupted and weaponized the FBI, the CIA, DC police, DOJ, and a shtload of Obama appointed corrupt federal judges which he spread all across America, including the infamous 9th circuit who to this day still fight everything Trump does. Then there's that wonderful bunch called the ACLU always causing problems. Aside from that he had about 90% media and 19 democrat pitbulls appointed by Mueller nipping at his heels every second. And let's not forget that wonderful failure of a deal with Iran he inherited from Obama as well. After all that, it's amazing he's gotten anything done.

Obama controlled the House and the senate for less than a year. And that was back when there was a filibuster rule for everything. So just about every attempt to appoint a judge was filibustered. Trump controlled House, Senate, Supreme Court, Presidency, named his own U.S. Attorneys and named more judges (having no filibuster to worry about) for 2 years.

And he could not... let's not even go as far as "convict".... he couldn't even indict anybody in any of these "conspiracy theories" that the alt-right has been throwing around.

That is either incompetence or stupidity. Most likely both. There is no other excuse

Your arguments are absurd. the ACLU, the media, Mueller, ... none of that had anything to do with Trump not indicting a single soul.

You know what did have something to do with it? The fact that it's all demagoguery to fool his gullible base. Trump lies and lies to you. And you keep drinking the kool-aid. Why?

I'm serious: could you explain why you still fail to realize that he's lying to you?

Leaves no route other than Mueller lied to the Democrats.

First he stated early in his report, Neither Trump nor those working for him worked in a conspiracy with the Russians.

Are you trying to impress some girl on this forum making her believe that you read the Mueller report?

You're not accomplishing it. Because if she's smart, she will not be impressed, I'm afraid. What you write shows absolute ignorance about what is in the report. I'm afraid you'll have to rely on looks alone. Because smarts won't help.

Bull hockey. Reid called for cloture votes on every nomination to make it look like filibusters so he had an excuse to nuke the Senate, destroying any hope of bipartisanship. You have been hopelessly brainwashed by the party of divisiveness.

I was working off the quote in the Mueller report. I decided to bring in Barrs recital of the report.

You first...tell me after everything Obama and Hillary have done which if the truth EVER comes out, should be ruled treasonous, you still refuse to accept their criminality but instead sing their praises while bashing Trump? The latter of which as criminals go, would be an absolute lightweight in comparison.

You're right of course but problem is, he and all others like him are so brainwashed, you'll never break through. The only chance of that happening would be if they pulled a convoy of paddy wagons up to capital hill and started hauling all those democrat asses off to jail. And even then most of their supporters won't get it.

From the votes on Obama's nominees, it appears that Affirmative Action was in play.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_federal_judges_appointed_by_Barack_Obama

Obama received unprecedented support from Republican Senators for his nominees.

On the other hand, Democrats have delayed all of Trump's appointees. Not a single Democrat voted for Trump nominees who happened to be minorities, a throwback to the days when Democrats held slaves and segregated blacks.

We'll accept your apologies for distorting the facts any time you are ready to man up.

What the devil does that have to do with anything I wrote?

I know I know: nothing! Fact is you change the subject because you are aware, but simply won't openly admit, that all these "spygate" and other nonsensical accusations by Trump are demagoguery. Because if there were any basis whatsoever, with all the Power that Trump has and has had (Congress, SCOTUS, district attorneys, ...) somebody would have been at least indicted by now.

So why keep up nonsense that only makes trump loyalists who ascribe to it look like nutty "conspiracy theorists"? Is it just an effort to draw attention away from the fact that Trump and just about everybody closely associated with him (as well as Trump himself) has been either indicted, or in prison, or been proven guilty of a crime, or under investigation for a crime or, in the best of cases, known to have committed impeachable acts?

Robert you're >> :deadhorse: trying to have a rational discussion here. Mueller report drops and the DNC, MSM, and the OP's narrative is that Mueller proved Trump obstructed justice. Mueller's testimony was supposed to remove all doubt Trump was guilty. It didn't. Swalwell asked Mueller directly if he agreed with the 700 former prosecutors that claimed Bob's report contained enough evidence to prove Trump obstructed. It backfired. Mueller told Swalwell that those prosecutors must've been looking at a differnt case than the one he laid out in his report. Case closed.

You said: "So just about every attempt to appoint a judge was filibustered."

Look at the votes. Cloture is meant to end a filibuster. Was 60 votes before Reid nuked the country so Obama could appoint judges who would be more suited to Cuba. Republicans did not obstruct Obama's nominations --- anywhere near the way Democrats obstructed Trump.

Most votes on Obama judges had zero opposition or were passed by unanimous consent. Those were the votes on the appointment ,,, not cloture. Would have to go to the Senate website since wiki doesn't show cloture votes. More often than not, the cloture votes would be close to the votes on the appointment. Fact is that Reid called for cloture votes that weren't necessary to open the excuse to stack the courts with unAmericans.

In other words, you got tired of the facts and decided to bring in the guy who has been proven to be a liar. (see multiple threads that include the keywords "Barr lied")

In what way does repeating demagoguery from a Trump speech answer my question? I ask again: Trump has lied to you again and again. And I submitted evidence in the post you quote. So why do you keep falling for it again and again? Even quoting lies straight off of his poliltical speeches, as you just did. What would he have to do to prove to you that he is a pathological liar?

Huh? What the hell does affirmative action have to do with anything I wrote? Anything whatsoever.

Don't stop there. Keep reading and you might learn why the instances of collusion didn't rise to the level of a criminal conspiracy as defined by Mueller.
