    The "Wrap in quotes" option seems to be gone. Or am I just missing it?

    Click the icon that is 3 to the right of the smile icon, called "Insert", and then it opens a drop down menu where you can select the quote function.

    Maybe they're keeping it off. Always found it strange a forum of adults couldn't be trusted to speak like adults.

    The overall appearance of the site is greatly improved, imo. The light blue and light green backgrounds seem to make reading the text a bit easier on the eyes. Certainly it’s more attractive.

    The deep blue used at the very top of the first page looked gloomy. I hope you’ll change that top piece to the light blue, or green, to better match the rest of the site.

    And I was finally able to upload a jpeg for my avatar. Hadn’t been able to do that with the old software.

    Thanks for all your efforts to build a great site. This software change will be a huge improvement.

    What are “robots,” and why are they visiting?

    Robots are the bots search engines put out. They scour the web for content. For example a Google bot will search for data and insert it properly into search pages on Google search. There's hundreds of those things floating about. Completely harmless.

    Thanks, that works but clunky have no idea what I'll do with the other three options. The "insert" could be changed to a dedicated "quotes" button and that would work better for me.

    This new format is FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ......(Now I had better get ready or I am going to be late for work)?!

    This is even more of a distraction...... than the old format that I loved.... but this is so much better!!!!!

    Awwww.. I thought that was awesome, especially when someone quotes a page long post, only to reply, "nice post!" or something. It saved tons of scrolling time.

    (I know, another country heard from...lol)

    Overall, though, the more I play around here the more awesome this place is. I'll happily be donating again. Some of these new features are fantastic! (I love how it saves posts as drafts if I don't post before leaving the thread; that's very cool.)

    Thank you for what you are doing.

    Multi-quote was not enabled at the time of your post, so the system is better now. It takes some getting used to, but it seems powerful and flexible.

    The SPOILER insert is basically a quote box that is hidden by default, click this button:

    Snape kills dumbledore.

    The CODE insert applies syntax highlighting to a piece of code which is automatic coloring of certain elements for the purpose of making it easier to read. This red/green/blue coloring is generated automatically:

    PHP:
    <?php
    $x     = zbr6awesomeness("%");
    if (    $x > "9000") {
    echo     "Everybody wins.";
    } else {
    echo     "Try again.";
    }
    ?>
    The STRIKE-THROUGH just draws a line through a word in your post such as:

    Obama was the greatest worst President ever!
