Maybe they can come down here when Miami Beach is flooded at high tide and peer review that.

Despite conservative claims that gasoline would hit $5-6/gallon under Obama, gas prices are at about $2/gallon and crude is at about $50.

How much more production do you think they are going to do at those prices.

I also notice the Republicans lifted the 40 year ban on oil companies exporting US oil. Give us your analysis what that is going to do for gasoline prices.

Given climate changes by itself, that could happen.

Logistically it's more economic value to reduce transport costs. It might actually make energy companies more profitable as theyll invest in more production and sell it to other countries making us richer!

    Good point Irie!

    They are denying climate change.

Oh I have no doubt it will make oil companies more profitable. Are you a major stakeholder in a petroleum company?

But that isn't what I asked you. Good dodge, Con!

Umm... so you want me to spell it out?

Extra production here in the US should cut costs compared if we just let OPEC determine them. Have you taken economics courses? I come on these forums for higher level discussion.
