Why are some people so against testing prototypes for a defensive mechanism? Heck, the automobile industry does it all of the time and when they perform the tests, some model meet desired specs and some do not. The reason for the testing by military and border patrol agents is because both should have enough combined Intel to foresee, detect and submit solutions to overcome the short falls in design flaws.

 

nobody is against testing. People are against wasting over $18B of tax payer money on something that will in no way stop or even slow illegal immigration.
