So, that doesn't make him "suspicious" just because Zimmerman says so.

Obviously there was nothing right with it either, since the police noted Trayvon was doing nothing wrong.

    Who said it wasn't.

The 17yr old was murdered trying to defend himself from a coward with a gun.

Exactly, how in the hell does someone walking home from the store minding their own business look "suspicious".

Thats the jest of it, what haven't heard anything yet that actually made this kid look "suspicious" other than some wanna be cops opinion.

Doesn't matter. He represented himself as an agent of the Sanford Police Department.

The issue isn't whether he had any authority. That's what you can't comprehend. The issue is Zimmerman's mental state.

Reasonable people listen to the police or even other reasonable people for that matter, reckless people don't. That's the reason for the Murder 2 charge. George knew what he should have done. He knew he wasn't supposed to be on NW with a gun. He was TOLD by another reasonable person that he should not follow AND to wait for police. George was aware of what a reasonable person should do and CHOSE to ignore it which lead to the death of Trayvon Martin.

Authority is not the issue, it's whether or not George knew what a reasonable person would have done and ignored it.

Maybe when you can say, how the hell does someone walking back to the temporary residence he was staying at due to his 3rd suspension from HS that year, you can be taken seriously, I mean what is the issue that none of you who support Trayvon can actually tell the truth in this story? Seriously. What. The. F.

If you listen to the 911 call GZ complies with the dispatcher's request. The dispatcher should have asked GZ to return to his truck but he didn't request that. Furthermore, the dispatcher agrees with GZ about having to police call him back. So the dispatcher is to blame as well.

Alot of people have made the assumption that Trayvon was "walking home and minding his own business" when there is no proof he was doing that. GZ said he saw him acting suspicious and he looked like he was on drugs or something. Looking at the 7-11 video Trayvon does look kinda stoned. It took him forever to pay and while looking thru his pockets he was kinda swaying back and forth. The full tox report hasn't been released so it isn't known for sure if he was on some drug or not.

Oh, I have eyes, and common sense, and can totally tell Trayvon was stoned in that 7/11 video, he was taking his sweet time, awwww, thats for sure. However, we also know from the autopsy he had early brain damage, so maybe that could be a factor for the slowness. Maybe his brain damage impaired his thinking and his legs as well and thats why he could not go back to the temp residence he was at by the grace of his 3rd suspension. Maybe he had only been there once and was truly lost and did not know which one was Brandys, maybe thats why he was looking in other peoples windows, to see something familiar? See, thats the angle Crump and team should go down right now to save some face. Run with the brain damage.

Are you ignorant of the fact that the prosecutor said they have no evidence that GZ was not heading back to his truck when the altercation took place?

If you listened to the 911 call you hear George running. Hey says "Okay" but never says he's actually stopped following him and you still hear him running. We already know that George has no problem lying to a court of law, so we shouldn't be shocked that he lied to the operator either. That's also why he makes up the story about trying to remember the name of the street he's lived on for the past 3 years. He needs an excuse as to why he kept going in Trayvon's direction even when the SPD told him not to.

Also, the operator was trying to get George to meet the police at the mailboxes. George refused and hung up on him. The operator did nothing wrong.

You are clearly ignorant of the fact that Self-Defense is an Affirmative Defense.

What the heck are you talking about? What does that have to do with what I said? A total logic break-down here.

You accused GZ of not following the dispatcher's suggestion while the prosecutor clearly said in the first bond hearing that they have no evidence that GZ was not heading back to his truck when the altercation occurred.

Do you hear GZ running or do you hear wind blowing? From his voice it doesn't sound like he is full out sprinting. Sounds like he is walking fast. When he stops he isn't out of breath so it is obvious he didn't exert too much energy in trying to run. And no, he isn't in the best of physical condition.

GZ hung up on the operator? I don't think so. That is a false statement.

This is true. The fact they have nothing to disprove GZ's claim means GZ's claim stands.

LMAO, oh thats right he was walking and looking at a house. Now tell us since when did it become against the law to look at a house.

This is the 10K dollar question, what exactly makes you look "suspicious".

Looking stoned and being stoned is two different things. How many folks have you been around that have been stoned?

LOL. How long did it take him to pay? A hour. That swaying back and forth crap is nothing more than something to try and make him look or sound guilty of something.

Has Zimmerman's full tox report been released yet?

Making idiotic, asinine statements like that is why you are never taken seriously on this forum.

Well tell us exactly what made Trayvon look "suspicious". I am pretty sure Zimmerman isn't the only resident Trayvon passed on the way home.

Is there something in your world that makes it normal for people to be standing outside your house looking in? I know you cant find it in you to answer honestly, but what part of he was off the grass in the rain looking into houses did you not grasp yet? You also know he was just in the neighborhood because of his school suspensions, thus not a residence, so why do you deem that behavior acceptable? Is that how you act?

Standing in the grass looking into a window is illegal but reporting someone you believe to be suspicious is not.

Whether someone is actually stoned or committing a crime is irrelevant. How they appear is.

Yep, and someone brought up GZ's prior 911 calls but they left out he also called for things like a pothole, someone left their garage door open and children playing in the street. Sounds like GZ was concerned about his neighborhood. What is wrong with that? It is sad when that kind of behaviour is looked at as being strange or bad. It is a sad sign of how uninvolved people are in the condition of society. It is even worse when they want to persecute someone was who concerned for his neighborhood. GZ stood up for Sherman Ware who was homeless and had been beaten by police and GZ and his wife mentored teens. Sad when people who try to improve society get portrayed as monsters.

Wrong. The operator is trying to get Zimmerman to meet the police at the mailbox. Zimmerman declines by telling the operator he'll call and give the police his location, then he ends the call.

It's clear from the 911 call Zimmerman intends to go find Martin and will call the police back after he does so even though the operator told him not to follow him.

Personally, I think that's why Zimmerman hung up. At that point, he's spotted Martin and he's going to go attempt to detain him.

Well, personally what you want or think does not factor in here at all. You forget the huge deal, the COPS WERE ON THEIR WAY AND HE KNEW THEY WOULD BE THERE ANY SECOND. So you are aslo personally feeling he had a thirst to get caught in the act of whatever? Had he not called the cops your personal feelings may factor in, but he called in the cops and was screaming for their attention. I mean unless you can provide us with a voice sample of Trayvon Martin to compare to the screaming, but you cant can you? Have you finally conceded a dispatch operator isnt a cop, or do you still personally feel it is, proof they are not be (*)(*)(*)(*)ed?

you forget. That also means that Zimmerman knew he was in no danger of serious bodily harm and thus, not justified in using deadly force.
