Are mail-in ballots actually safe from being tampered with?

    Trump now says he supports mail voting in Florida. He encourages people in Florida to vote by mail.

    I don't think they are code-word clearance safe, but I am sure they are reasonably okay on balance as a whole. Sure there will be mistakes just as there are paper ballots discovered in closets of polling stations after the election. We use paper ballots fed into an optical scanner. There is no way for me to know for certain the machine reads mine correctly but I am not that OCD. I do my part. The rest is up to fate, chance, technology, whatever.
