I've never been worse off than I am right now, not when I was on welfare, not when I was unemployed, not when I was foreclosed, not when I had three jobs earning a combined $9,000 per year.
When I was on Welfare I had free medical coverage, my mother had parents and brothers to borrow money from and a good economy that would allow her to return to work at any time.
When I was unemployed I had a part-time job and was registered with three temp agencies.
When I was foreclosed I had a full-time and part-time job, paying enough to cover expenses at our new apartment.
When i earned only $9,000 per year I had only one debt and monthly bills and no dependents.
Now I support five people in two apartments in different countries and owe over $60,000 in debts. I work almost full-time but can't consider a second job even if one was available.

There is a reason for that. The Democrats do not be little higher education like many in the republican party do. In fact, they try and SUPPORT education, rather than gut it and leave it to the christian school voucher system.

Sounds like Obama's helping the rich stock investors, but threw the poor under the bus.

There are 7 of em on Obama's Economic Advisory Board.

    And.......

Immelt is Obama's jobs czar. He looks to me like he's in charge of creating jobs in India.

When your losing more people dropping out of the work force, newly unemployed and under employed than gains in new jobs, YES your still going down. it's just going to take the SS Obamatanic a little longer to slip under the waves.

"low-wage fields such as retail sales and food service are adding jobs nearly three times as fast as higher-paid occupations."

We can all see how that would be better. :omfg:

Data is a bit old now but I can't imagine it's changed all that much since the demographics haven't changed that much. Also every state on the left side is a state that is either blue as of 2008 or trending blue. Even Texas is likely to be blue in the next decade or so.

The more productive your state is the more likely it is going to be a blue state.
