It is facts, and only facts, that hold any actual relevance, and it is only facts that should be given consideration, regardless of where the discussion must go in light of such. Loyalty to ideology and political affiliation clouds the issue, inhibits the open, honest, and legitimate debate and discussion of various ideas, and must be moved beyond in order to gain access to what is ultimately the truth.
