If you mean a college degree, then a college degree in what, gender studies? Per capita is not a "conspiracy", its just a lie when used to support a claim of "which has more" since the very application of "per capita" alters the original raw data.

Either way the heart of the matter was that SSA's criteria for "mental illness or disability" is so massively broad that it should have never, ever, been used in conjunction with the NICS.

The next step was to expand the listing itself beyond what the SSA has, which is just disability payouts, by drawing upon all those permanent databases that Obamacare created (MIDAS).
