No they didn't. You have no proof whatsoever. They said they couldn't make the cake that is all. He didn't try to order anything else.

Are they a custom bake shop?

Do they not bake custom cakes to order?

How did you know what they didn't have if you can't answer those two questions?

No, because they're not even a Bake Shop. They're a Fake Shop.

No, you attempted to claim something and then couldn't back up your claim.

Name just one of the bake shops. Come on! Name just one of them.

You can't, can you? And the reason why you can't is because THEY DON'T EXIST!

How can I prove a negative. It's more like YOU can't back up YOUR claim that the boy is being discriminated against. This article is deficient lacking ANY relevant facts for a discussion. In other words, like you on the right always claim, it's FAKE news.

Donald Trump is the POTUS. Drop mic.

The moronic "political affilation" stance is just that, moronic.

If the bakery wants on to draw a political affiliation line in the sand with the refusal to make this cake, good for them. Wish them all the best and hope they remain free from litigation just like that bakery that abstained from making a gay wedding cake.

Aside from the topper, which no bakery is required to provide, what's the "content" difference between a wedding cake at a "traditional" wedding and one at a "gay" wedding?

To each his own but that is the most ugly, unappetizing and inedible looking thing I have ever had the misfortune to lay my eyes on. Why in the name of anything sensible would a parent encourage a nine year old to want a thing such as this? Parents must have put the kid up to this for media attention. For realism sake, the cake topper should have him grabbing ***** or maybe that topper is best saved for the wedding cakes.

Same question to you that I posed to Thirty6, aside from the topper, what is the difference between a wedding cake for a homosexual union and one for a heterosexual union?

    Yup.

They're on safe legal ground, but the bakers are complete scumbags.

Not nearly as much, true...but lets not try to say the right doesn't have its drama queens starting right at the top.

And I'm sorry maybe my gut reaction is a fast and harsh one. I'm generally critical of any business refusing service on grounds other than outright disruption. But as a business owner myself I can certainly say I have refused services just in the more subtle manner, I simply priced myself out.

And it certainly would not be over potus cake, whatever the hell that is.,

The whims of the frosting guy at the Cake shop are not a high on my list, religious or political. give me a break just bake a dam cake and put frosting on it.

I find it surprising that all the bakers have become hard left centers of political correctness
