No it isn't. It's to investigate the investigators strictly WITHIN the FBI. Nothing outside. And to find something... anything.... some form that didn't have the right stamp or something... so Trump doesn't look too bad.

Russia collusion was proven, people are in prison or awaiting sentencing, or trials, or have (or will) be pardoned... and they are still being investigated to get each and every culprit. But if any new actors are found, you won't hear about them until after January. To avoid Trump pardoning them.

I actually have 110 million ballots stored in a warehouse owned by my wife's family who is in the storage business. The suprise is that those ballots are for the presidential election but the are for the presidential election in Russia. Because she wasn't charge with a crime? HUH? It was not a criminal investigation there was no crime alleged. Wrongdoing, absolutely and that's not even including the biggest wrong doing her emails. But yes Benghazi was a huge screwup especially the administrations mishandling and lies about it in the aftermath. And I don't think it went on for 8 years.
