It’s whatever you need to tell yourself before you fall asleep at night. Because at this rate that’s all you have left.
Several of the labels attributed to that kind of list specifically refer to people who don't identify as having any specific or singular gender. Also, many of them are different labels for essentially the same thing (and it is questionable how many are actually in common use, especially if you put together a list of over 150). I could be labelled as man, male, boy, bloke, guy or masculine but that doesn't mean there are that may different genders.
I was sufficiently specific and the intention of my post was crystal clear. You are wrong, and dare I say it is because of your particular subjective interpretation. OK. Your turn.
Yay. We go round again. For a bit of variety my post explained the use of the word ‘great’ in Great Britain. I noted the similarities between two countries, the USA and the UK. No goalposts we’re moved at any time to either win lose or draw an argument. Now if you’re attempting to make some kind of point of your own then go right ahead. I have been crystal clear in every regard, you are unable to see that for whatever reason. Your turn.
Completely voluntary.... as long as your are cool with the federal government paying you a visit if you don't.
Yes you already said that. It makes no material difference if you are able to read properly. I wouldn’t advise you to study William Shakespeare, you might crumble in despair. (Incidentally Shakespeare is dead so you won’t be able to engage with him over the internet). Your point being what? Your turn.
And those are included. It’s in the pic I’m guessing you didn’t bother to look over. It says: “This applies to any device you use, including a TV, desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, games console, digital box or DVD/VHS recorder.”
As I said, I left the UK in 2005. That said, I doubt if the licencing authorities wont be following your phone. I bounce my réception of UK média via software I pay à subscription to. They pick up the signal from the relevant satellite and bypass BBC détection. If I can do it...
The simple fact is it is not compulsory for anybody to pay anything to the BBC. The BBC is not funded from taxpayers money. The BBC does not carry overt advertising. Vast swathes of the BBC can be accessed absolutely for free and legally.
The word soup lol. Yes Ireland had slaves in it's history as did basically every country. Trashing a country based on slavery is ignoring your history. It's even more of joke when a European does it, considering our country was founded on the backs of Europeans and of course they brought their slaves and their slave culture. Every race and every country at one time or another had slaves.
If you’re in the UK and own a TV capable of picking up the BBC, whether you do or not, you’re required to pay the licence fee. The BBC is funded by licence fees, which is why it doesn’t have to advertise. If you’re in the UK, could you tell me how you can legally watch the BBC for free?
This is 9n fact one of the big problems in the original concept of the BBC...publically, fairly and equally funded so that it owes nothing to business or spécial interests. It was for the people, supported by the people. Oddly it is just that which it is being accused of now. The whole funding system has been overtaking by technology. If govt pays into it, it becomes a state broadcaster and could be accused of bias. Or the arm of à govt or able to be manipulated by it. I prefer independent advertising. It gives me a chance to take à break and ignore the ads. If the UK is not careful it will lose a jewel in its crown. The BBC not only does TV but it sponsors éducation and university programmes, à global world radio service with à glorious history of wartime transmission, research into comms technology, childrens' responsible TV, concerts, théâtre productions as well as global news coverage, analysis and commentary..it is truly vast.
You bypass the signal detectors and get it directly bounced off à satellite before it is tracked by the BBC . And no. I am not going to tell you how.
Did I say watch? You confirm my point that paying the TV licence is a choice. It is not compulsory to own a television set.
Well, German does have 'masculine' (der), 'feminine' (die), and 'neuter' (das). But German has lots of pronouns found in three types: nominative, accusative, and dative. And, unfortunately, my German friends tell me that the current hyperliberal gush about getting rid of any and all distinctions based on gender is very active among the various Leftist/Liberal factions there.
