The alarmists are opportunists and use weather records as evidence. They also will use drought , hurricanes and etornadoes when convenient .In the old days traveling rain makers along with evangelists ate better when droughts hit and America had hundreds of thousands of family farms .

Today it isnt the poor con men digging into your pockets but rich elites like uncle Al Gore and the rich members of the UN wanting desperately to dig deep into our pockets! For they say to save the world and humanity can only be done with taxation! Taxes will solve everything! And even before they could rummage through your pockets they had the system worked into a financial iinstrument as they did with credit default swaps. The democrats at one time defended the common man from the schemes of the rich to enrich themselves on the backs of working americans. Nader was welcomed by the dems in those pre Clinton days. Today they shun him. As they shun working people. Until elections generally.

The dems have no problem with making our working folks paying a carbon tax to enrich our elites bbytaking money from average Americans and funneling that to our rich. For we gotta save the universe and the peasants must finance it . And it helps out the 1 percent.

Hold on...we're constantly being told that weather is not climate, so how is the weather in Iceland proof of anything regarding our climate?

 

I read these sorts of posts and all I can think of is some climate denier at a cocktail party claiming there is no global warming because he still has ice in his drink!!
