I am amused to hear your opinion that RBG was a political hack and Kagan, Sotomayor and Breyer still are unprincipled partisan leftists, not honest unbiased justices.
    Well done!

    "Good to hear my admission"????

Do you think saying things that I did NOT say somehow makes you right? Go ahead and highlight where I said anything in this thread about RBG.. I dare you!

Then you must believe they are honest, unbiased justices, right? But you don't think Barrett will be?

Sorry...can't rotate. They're appointed for life unless impeached. Are Dems really going g to impeach just to put more liberal judges on the bench? I don't think they're that far gone yet..........................................................are they? That would have worse consequences than court packing.......

There is a Constitutional rule stating that judges are appointed for life.

Every human being has biases. Judges are human beings, therefore they have biases. Does this really need to be spelled out for you?

There is nothing just in having the SCOTUS so heavily biased to the right when the majority of the country is center-left.

He appoints judges that actually use the Constitution in their judgements, instead of basing their decisions on their leftist tear ducts.

And you also admit to lying in your post about what I said, is that right?

The left would not be a minority in the Senate and would not be kicked out of the White House if they were the majority.

Interestingly, your ilk did not have any worries about the biases when Obama wanted to replace Scalia with Garlick Merrand and when 15 rabid Trump hating democratic operatives on Mueller's witch hunt were persecuting the president. you libs all agreed then that they were professional enough to rise above their biases.... Cry us a river now.

Rotation doesn’t remove them from appointment
Nor does adding several more justices.

Last I checked the majority doesn’t directly elect those seats.
If Republicans were the majority they wouldn’t need to gerrymander and still not be able to obtain the most votes.

Exactly... and those seats don't exist to please the majority either, they exist to enforce the constitutionality of laws and if a ruling happens to displease the majority - too bad, they should take it up with their elected representatives.

Sure that is why it was said in open in public by either Trump or Pence, I think it was Pence, that they are appointing conservative Judges. ACB = game on. Ye reap what ye sew.

Conservative judges and justices do interpret the Constitution, just like I said, leftist judges and justices legislate from the bench.

PS we sew Trump, we've reaped 3 supreme court justices and hundreds of federal judges.... or this is not what you meant? LOL

This is all smoke and mirrors. Biden will bend to the hard left and support expanding the Supreme Court and packing it with liberal rubber stamp justices.

You have no idea how the justices will fall on an issue. You’re clueless about the function of the Supreme Court.

The Gaslight Obstruct Project part? That was silly.

Too many people think that the US constitution and the Supreme Court are supposed to bend to the will of the popular culture of the moment.

They don’t understand the concept of separation of powers. They don’t understand the constitutional role of each branch of government.

I’ll bet most couldn’t even name the different branches of government or how many there are.
