I didn't see a new thread on this, but this thread seems to be about a federal response to COVID, so I was wondering if anybody saw the 6th circuit ruled on Friday (12/17) that the OSHA vaccine mandate on 100+ businesses is OK??

This was the case that went to a random circuit to consolidate a bunch of cases... 3 judge panel

1 Obama appointed, 1 Bushie Jr appointed, and 1 unqualified judge...

They do have a history of severe bias, and even when they report an actual event they always put a heavy spin to it to make it sound like something its not.

Of course there is no solution that is 100% federal, and no one ever said there was. Feds, States, local authorities need to work together.

No, sorry, government can not determine outcomes. It does't matter how much legislation, money they throw at things, or even incentivize, outcomes are determined by the individuals.

Government thinking it can change outcomes, worse determine outcomes, is how we end up with failures like the War on Drugs.
