One has to jump through hoops to believe that the local police department, the FBI AND the Civil Rights Division all came to the same conclusion. Your premise is based on the false accusation that all three agencies in their three separate investigations failed to see what was there when they really failed to find what WASN'T there and you don't like it. How many people like her will take advantage on gullible people that are desperate to cause division between races and political parties will it take to make the left finally realize that they are being taken for a ride?

Sometimes, finding evidence of falsehood is harder than finding evidence of guilt. In this case, it appears that they were not able to find any evidence to support her claim....but they seem to understand that absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

That is what you seem to not understand. The police are not saying that no crime occurred. They are saying there is no evidence that a crime occurred. As I posted earlier (which apparently went right over your head)....absence of evidence is not evidence of absence, therefore the girl is not being charged with a crime of making a false police report. Your claim that they did not or are not investigation her claim is ridiculous. Even the girl's family said the investigation was very extensive.

 

I honestly think they're taking the high road due to her age and that unlike a Smollett, she has nothing to offer the State for the wasted man hours lol.

So the police don't want to speculate but given the evidence that they released it's possible if not probable that she participated in the Wisconsin fires as speculated by another poster.

 

I don't even think they're burns on her face. I think think that was a lie concocted to explain away the scrapes she got while participating in the mostly peaceful riots.

That said, if she wants to stick to the story that she was burned, then she casts much suspicion on herself for having participated in an act of attempted arson, because the story of the alleged hate crime against her is pretty much shredded.
