Your numbers are not matching up with mine. http://www.statisticbrain.com/welfare-statistics/ This shows that Hispanics only make up 15% of the total welfare recipients. Blacks are more than double that at 39% AND Hispanics outnumber blacks now.
Actually, what I find most amusing about this post, and the post in which you quoted, is that you equated a growing "Hispanic" population with "brown people assuming the reigns of political power", thereby in fact making a racist generalization that all "Hispanics" have a brown skin tone, when in reality, many of them are in fact white, and many are also in fact *GASP*, black. I live and work in Texas. Lots of people who are black work for my company. Sure, there's some slang words I don't quite get, but then I'm a generation older than many of our employees regardless of race. I have little problem understanding most of what our black employees say.
