When a white man murders a black man, it's always manslaughter in your eyes. Reasonable.

    Yep.
Charge the cop with murder and watch him walking away in about 18 months. Casey Anthony #2.
Excessive use of force and aggravated manslaughter fits the bill. Why gamble with murder charge? If the cop and the victim didn’t know each other proving premeditation will be very difficult.

Do you know the difference between murder and manslaughter?

Holding the guy down by his neck was excessive use of force when putting down resistance to arrest. Reckless action caused the death. Therefore - aggravated manslaughter charge applies.
If you disagree - please post your proof beyond the reasonable doubt that the cop planned for this to happen.

You don't have to plan to kill someone for it to be murder.

    Okay, then.
Keep running around crying murder and watch the cop walk away.
Some people just can’t comprehend the importance of intent in commission of a crime.

They don't need a racist history for a § 1983 prosecution. The FBI (not that I particularly trust them either) is already investigating.

Sure. As long as we're turning an awful and isolated event into 3-days of left-wing political headlines. Why not?

Does the police have guidelines for restraining hold and when they can be used? I guarantee this is not by the book.

Obvioulsy Cops are not perfect. But then we already know that
in spades { Bridge term } about Blacks.
In fact, this country cannot tolerate too much more factual about
    Blacks and crime.

What I understand is that a police officer should not kill a civilian unless it is in self-defense. The man was unarmed and handcuffed. The accusation against him was for a non-violent forgery crime. He should be in jail today or out on bail, waiting for a trial date for forgery charges. Due process is supposed to work the same way for everyone.

Excessive force and therefore Bad Cop.
But how many examples of Bad Blacks are there to compare.
Rational people cannot simply put blinders on and predetermine this
takedown was one-sided.There is more to this than a simple video.

We've already been thru this with Michael Brown.
    It's not like ancient history.

I agree, most police officers are not "bad cops", along the same lines as most people, the vast majority of people, are not going to wrongfully die at a cops hands like this poor man did.

If they had a way to screen out sadistic and malevolent minds, I'd be all for it. Not sure what type of psych test would screen out all the bad seeds though. I expect there is a thin line between the type of person willing to risk their own lives every day and the type of person who would let authority go to their head.

We've seen or heard of cases where a situation got out of hand and an officer just "snapped" under pressure, out of character. This cop yesterday was eerily calm, cool and collected while he killed that man under his knee. That is just not right.

It is irrelevant to this conversation how many citizens kill other citizens. It is the duty of the police to enforce the law. That does not include killing a man while arresting him for a forgery charge. It does include "safely" taking the man to the police station to be booked on forgery charges.

The guy has an IQ of about 3 if he thought that everything was hunky dory after the man was unconscious and he still held his knee on the man's throat for a full 4 minutes after that. Those other 3 police officers should have stepped in and gotten him off that man well before he was even unconscious.

Because for some reason their level of 'outrage' somehow justifies their horrible behavior. The more outraged they claim to be, the more rioting and looting is expected to be excused

Again and be precise.Words Do Matter.
What was the murder weapon used in this case.
    A knee.Maybe.
Not a Karate chop to the neck.So stop pretending it was.
Like blacks { even Rich O.J. Simpson } give a rats ass about
    what the murder weapon was.
It's just a cushy excuse.Trayvon Martin did not have a weapon.
    So he coldcocked Zimmerman and forcibly { on the ground }
desperately attempted to snatch Zimmermans holstered pistol.

Tucker Carlson is preeminently correct about Riots and their use.
They hurt society with their use. They are Mob Violence.
But places like CNN seem to approve of them by calling
    Protests.
If that doesn't shock Normal,God-Fearing ,Tax Paying Patriots
nothing will.As if the - Knockout game - isn't bold enough an example.
