    This story is breaking and will need to updated. As far as I can tell this article (and I have not checked the NY times article directly) does not explicitly address how Bolton knows.

    Let him testify! There are already 3 Senators who say they are willing to vote and allow witnesses. At that point (a 50-50 split), Judge Robert's can rule to allow him to vote.

    Gosh republican senators might actually have to address what everyone has known for awhile. The trumpeters on this forum recognized it awhile ago and just say you can’t prove it and its ok to do anyway . Well Bolton can prove it, so will republican senators just say it’s fine?

    Trump could commit a Capital Felony on Live TV and not get Convicted by the GOP Senate.

    This story came from the Times and they hate Trump. It wouldn't surprise me if this is fake news intended to sway the impeachment hearings. Let's face it, and we all know this, there are plenty of examples of the Times printing fake, false and totally bogus news.

    If the left wanted his testimony they should have enforced the subpoena and waited for the courts to rule on executive privilege. Its not the Senate's responsibility to do their work for them.
