2) We have no idea what is what yet, but everybody is already throwing personal attacks out. How the hell can we govern like this?

3) The guy that came out with the article, as usual, was getting his two minutes of fame. I am sick of the reality show that is "let's tare someone's life apart!'

I think these things need to be kept quiet until the case is finished. This type of stuff ruins peoples lives, hurts the political narrative on both sides and is now making these types of stories unbelievable, hurting possible future victims.

Anyways, stepping off my soap box, these types of things are so ridiculous when they break. I will be looking forward to finding out the "truth", whatever the heck that means anymore

A SCOTUS is one of 9 people appointed for life or until they choose to retire. He is likely to be on the court for 20-30 years and it is close to impossible to remove him. He will be one of 9 votes deciding the most important legal questions in America.

Booker is one of 100 Senators who is up for re-election every 6 years. He can not only be removed by the voters of New Jersey, he can be removed by voters in his own party.

There is simply no comparison in importance...to any sane mind.

Apparently you have no idea how the SCOTUS works. Do they make laws? Do they have the power to tax, and to regulate? Do they have the power to authorize war, or enter into treaties?

Who passes legislation? First term wanker Senators joined with fellow Dems to unilaterally pass Obamacare, and jacked the whole system for every citizen living in the US. Length of time in office means nothing.

Finally, the question wasn't who is more, or less, important. The question was: "who poses the greatest threat to the USA"
