LOL I don't use terms like identity politics. I think for myself. And I certainly don't read the things that people like you tell me to read. Just from the title, I can tell it is a very biased article. I'm done here. This is all very personal. You are being very defensive and I am done.

My opinion is that precedent has already been established by the FBI in the Hillary email crimes matter; Trump need not submit to any interview under oath.

And even if they compel him to do so, again in accordance to precedent set by Hillary, he need only answer "I cannot recall".

Uhhh... the topic is Trump's response to the Mueller Cover-up of dirty spying and Russian Collusion by Hillary and the Obama Campaign. And, of course, the cover-up, destruction of evidence and obstruction of Justice that many of these same desperados conducted with the Hillary Espionage "investigation".

Trump's personnel changes likely indicate that he will finally adopt the much more confrontational approach that many of us have been calling for. Mueller needs to be completely and thoroughly investigated. He was part of several Obama/Clinton Scandals and he stacked his team with dirty prosecutors, and Clinton Foundation Donors!

Nobody is going to accept the findings of this grotesque collection of partisan hacks.

Are you suggesting former US Attorney for the Washington DC district Joseph E. diGenova is not a good attorney?

Since you are wrong its not a big shock at all

Trump will not get mueller to wrap up the witch hunt by submitting to the 3rd degree

So he’s better off not cooperating

    Being under oath means nothing

He should show the world his guilt by refusing to cooperate.

No, he should prove his innocence like President Obama's AG and IRS Director did and refuse to answer and take the 5th if subpoenaed. Ask any Democrat and they will tell you that is the right thing to do to show innocence.

And what can a lawyer do to fix this mess? How soon will his new lawyers fix it? Who will you blame when they don’t?

Obama’s AG was protected by executive privilege and was held in contempt.

I’m not interested in debating equivalency and the clintons

The question is what should trump do?

And you already know my opinion on that

Which is not pleading the fifth.
Partisan contempt by the gop isn’t surprising either

It changes what constitutes the grounds by which what you say can be used against you.

Under oath if Trump said "good afternoon" when it was 11:59am he could face charges.

Simple given statements, however, are subject to the burden of material consequence and willful intent.

But ya you're essentially correct because in this saga common procedures are ignored because of how corrupt Mueller is and how determined he is to trample civil rights in his pursuit to manufacture a conviction against the President.
