    I agree completely, but sexual orientation is not the issue, it is money, power and fame, that allowed to escape.

    Wohl was charged.

    The National Futures Association (NFA) banned Wohl for life in 2017. The NFA had received investor complaints about his activity, and upon completing its investigation, concluded that Wohl was guilty of refusing to cooperate with the NFA as required, misrepresenting investments and misleading investors.[3][14][15]Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) charged Wohl with 14 counts of securities fraud in the same year, and forced him to pay $32,919 in restitution.[16][17][14] Wiki

    Wohl is also accused of willfully defaming a number of people. I can find no record of any of the victims of his slander/libel filing a lawsuit. Alas.

    Funny, how the left are so happy when a lib gets off no matter the crime or evidence. They will also try to put people in prison they don't agree with politically, who have done absolutely nothing wrong. To top it off they have this righteous arrogance about it, as if they are morally superior. This is the most disturbing time I have ever seen. This is not going to end well.

    jacob wohl is irrelevant in this case. any joe from middle class usa on down would not have had the charges dropped.
