    FBI needs to come in and prosecute this racist scum-bag since a hoax like this certainly isn't victimless. Besides the waste of police resources, it creates more wackos willing to use violence against Trump MAGA supporters or white people in general and then some of those people fighting back in unlawful fashion themselves. And the more phony claims of hate crimes, makes it tougher for actual victims to step forward.

    Combination of reasons appeared to help this scum-bag. Being famous enough to know the Obama's, gay and black all helped him. Assuming he was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt which I tend to believe...Jussie Smollet deserves a huge fine to cover all of the police work in this case and to spend 12 months in jail. If he had admitted that he was lying much sooner and truly apologetic -- needs to apologize to white people and Trump supporters -- , a 1-3 month sentence more appropriate.

    So his punishment in “community service” was spending two days at Jesse Jackson’s Rainbow PUSH Coalition selling merchandise and critiquing their Saturday broadcast?

    This is the same organization that had previously promised to pay the college tuition for the woman who made the false rape allegations against members of the Duke lacrosse team.

    Think he learned his lesson working with that outfit?

    Who investigated the Clintons? Liberal appointees. Who investigated Trump, a liberal team. So how did Trump conspire to get himself off the hook? Hillary was barely investigated. Every charge just was dropped as , “she didn’t mean to do it”! She didn’t mean the destroy evidence. She didn’t mean to set up illegal servers. She didn’t mean to send classified info. She didn’t recall anything. How amazing. :)
