Today your party has the ability to impeach, 2018 is in the mirror. If you impeach, the senate will not remove the President and 2020 the voters will decide.

No we do not. For instance, if Trump had deleted thousands of emails and destroyed electronic devices, that would be obstruction.

So Comey said "Clinton did this", but we won't prosecute. (which we know is a lie, now).

Mueller says "Trump did this", but we won't prosecute.

There's an objective argument if I ever saw one.

After seeing Comey and company for what they really are the answer is crystal clear.

The explanation is pretty simple: this is the left failing once again.

They hate Zimmerman. Why? Because he is a symbol of the failure of their efforts to hijack the legal justice system.

They hate Trump. Why? Because he is a symbol of the failure of their attempt to take over the US government.

    It is that simple.

You mean other than you admitting Trump didn't ask McGahn to fire Mueller, and McGahn had no authority to tell Rosenstein to fire Mueller.

I mean we all know how timid Trump is about firing people.

You claimed that McGahn delivered the firing order to Rosenstein. That is false.

So it's a 2 step process. The end result is the same. Trump could have replaced Sessions with his new acting AG Giuliani and had Rudy fire Rod and Bob. BTW you kind of make the case that McGahn and Trump could never have obstructed even if McGahn agreed to approach Mueller directly.

And Trump didn't go around him like he certainly could. Let's be clear, Trump did not in anyway have to go through McGahn to fire Muller he could have done it 100 ways and did not. As a laymen, this is what kills the BS McGahn argument for Obstruction. If I'm dems I'm not putting all the chips on the table on this because the American public will not accept the he tried, could've but didn't = obstruction argument.

Not exactly, Mueller stated that there was no evidence of collusion and made no recommendation to Barr for obstruction.

The AG is always supposed to be the one designated to makes the final determination and he did.

Comey, on the other hand, usurped what Loretta Lynch was supposed to have done. A big difference.

Trying to determine whether any members of the Trump campaign worked with the Russian's on their interference was explicitly part of his original authorization order.

I do believe the American people are starting to see it. Trump is good at making scumbags expose who they really are. It is how he won the nomination and then the general election.

The executive branch is not who determines if the executive branch broke the law lol
