Arizona Democratic Party finance director Dan Mitchell later sent out an email seeking to parlay the sheriff's charges into cash donations for the party.

"Stop the ridiculous Tea Party, birther, GOP nonsense, click here to make a donation to the Democratic Party now," the message read.

In my opinion, seeing a liberal say that is one of the most ironic things that I can even imagine at this point.

 

What idiocy. There is not a single brilliant lawyer involved- there are only mail order lawyers like Orly Taitz- who is unable to beat an empty chair.

The Supreme Court has shown no interest in this at all- they have refused to hear every single Birther case that has been dumped on their doorstep.

And if and when a court asks President Obama to provide a certiified copy of his birth certificate to the court, he will simply do so.

As the Indiana elections commission said- a pile of hearsay and innuendo is not evidence- Birthers can't quite get that into their heads.

Actually President Obama would show him his state issued drivers license, which the officer would accept. Just as any court would accept his state issued birth certificate.

What do you carry to prove you are authorized by the state to drive- a state issued document. What you are saying is that we can't trust your drivers license because we can't trust the agency that issued it. That is the road to a very slippery slope of paranoia.

The revelation about date stamp on the Obama's selective service registration is most troubling... how's that looks to you, jeff?

 

Except that little detail of the State of Hawaii saying the exact opposite of what said. You know that part where the State of Hawaii says he showed his authentic birth certificate, and that they have it on file, and that he was born in Hawaii....you know that part.

 

Ok I won't ask about that, but I sure don't see Hillary being very happy knowing he stole the election from her. She'll have a blowout to be sure. It will rip the Dems apart. It in my opinion will further divide our country, which appears to have been his intent all along...you know, "Hope and Change".

 

I think the real question is why Birthers are so determined that no birth certicate can be real.

Since the State of Hawaii says it is real.

Sheriff Joe can't 'block' President Obama's name from being on the AZ ballot. Sheriff Joe hasn't produced any evidence yet-.

And what cover up?

 

...well, he is the only president with that name whose birth location is in question. A perfect place to start.

 

Exactly- Sheriff Joe should be providing his 'evidence' to a grand jury looking for an indictment instead of having a press conference.

But since Sheriff Joe doesn't have any actual evidence- he has not done so.

Sheriff Joe is the one preventing any such legal test in a court of law. Go ask Joe why.

The the President should also authorize Kapiolani Hospital, the birth hospital listed on the Obama long-form birth certificate, to release any and all hospital patient records for Stanley Ann Dunham Obama, his mother, and for the newly born Barack Obama, in order to provide additional corroboration for the original 1961 birth records held in the Hawaii Department of Health vault."

Before you get all excited over the prospects...maybe you should focus on trying to find some evidence to support the conclusion you have already made.
