That is not the case in some places.
To have a secure election, we should make sure people have to provide verification of their identity not only when they register to vote, but also to make sure that the ballot that is received is actually coming from the same person who is registered to submit that ballot.

Poster doesn't say that dems don't cheat.

What is troubling is that we have an actual case of fraud changing the outcome of an election, but Republicans won't issue a re-do because their candidate won. Guess all that talk about election integrity was baloney.

"Seems that once again, actual electoral fraud was perpetrated not by Democrats,"

I think I get what they were asserting.

How do you do a re-do

"will testify against a former Republican state senator who prosecutors say ran it......."

You hold what is called a special election that does not include the fraudulent candidate. We should all support free and fair election right?

The senator was not on the ballot.

Well you'd have to check with Florida election law to see if there is such a provision.

They can hold a special election.

I seem to recall a major talking point during the last 7 months is that fraud can tilt the races of local elections, so election integrity is important. However, republicans have rejected all calls for a special election. Essentially, cheating is fine if a republican does it. So another example of republicans lying.
