    So without a demonstrable use of my CC, I should be stripped of the right to carry... lol. Then there is the most powerful disincentive for crime - 'what if a good guy with a gun starts shooting back'.

    And when the government infringes upon those rights in defiance of the Constitution, then it becomes the right and duty of the people to oppose those efforts.

    Laws are passed to punish those that use a right to oppress another right. Laws are passed to try and insure the mentally infirm that do not understand what rights are or abuse them are limited.

    There is no right to oppress rights because of your feelings.
